I’m sad to say that for a relatively new hotel, this property seems to be going downhill quickly and no longer appears interested in proper maintenance or guest experience. My first impression this time was disappointing. The person checked me in he is manager on duty, felt unwelcoming and did not offer a warm greeting. As a repeat guest, I did not feel genuinely welcomed at all. I originally chose this hotel because I stayed here in early March and truly enjoyed the experience. At that time, the hotel was new, clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, during this recent short stay, my experience was very different. The attitude of the staff was disappointing, and the upkeep of the property also seemed neglected. While I didn’t see every area of the hotel, it is still a new property and should be much better maintained and cleaned than what I observed. Overall, this stay left me disappointed. Although I visit this neighborhood every month, I don’t think I would choose to stay here again based on this experience.

Good value and nice overall, only big flaw is very low water pressure and flow volume in shower. Barely a shower, takes double time to get clean.

The hotel is very nice and location is great - the only negative was the breakfast was really not much. Stale bread. Cereal with no milk. Got coffee and that was good....

We hosted a conference for 150 attendees at the AC Hotel, and it was a huge success, thanks to their exceptional team! This hotel is a standout, and we wholeheartedly recommend it for any event or individual stay. The staff’s warmth, responsiveness, and adaptability were unmatched, ensuring every detail of our conference was flawless. Special shoutouts go to Hector, Ellie, Philip, and Phillip—true superstars who went above and beyond with their incredible enthusiasm, creative problem-solving, and genuine care, making our event such a success. The on-site restaurant was fantastic, the rooftop lounge was a vibrant highlight, and the wonderful rooms made the attendees feel right at home. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and can’t sing the AC Hotel’s praises loudly enough for conferences, retreats, or personal getaways!

New hotel in Reston. The AC hotel is on higher floors of a Marriott Residence in and they share breakfast room. Rooms are reasonable size. Bars on roof and at ground level are good. About 5 mins walk from Reston town center. Have to pay for parking
