Not Recommended for Anyone**: The establishment claims to offer Wi-Fi, but it does not include a functioning refrigerator or TV in the room. Most of their services are subpar, yet their prices are quite high. Therefore I do not recommended this place for any one

The staff members are always ready to help and with a smile on their face. I cannot praise them enough for their professionalism and friendly attitude. The rooms were clean and quiet, despite its central location (where it could be noisy). Speaking of location, the hotel is literally 1 block away from the gates of the old town. There 2 or 3 decent restaurants within walking distance.

A death trap! No smoke detectors, no emergency exit signs.. chain on door broken. No hot water despite waiting. Had changed Rooms as first had no bathroom light. They claimed no vacant rooms but place empty. Oh and tv did not work despite them trying to fix it. On the positive there was electricity and Wi-Fi worked. Avoid at all costs.

Quite simply one of the worst hotels in Ethiopia. I had a group of ‘photographers’ who had come to photograph Harar. There is no elevator and the climb to the 4th or 5th floor is arduous with photo gear and in a group with older participants. The rooms were truly awful - peeling paint, toilets not flushing, cockroaches, broken floor tiles, flooding showers and reception staff asleep on the floor in the morning!!! The plastic on the settees in reception was also peeling off. Breakfast was similarly awful. We stayed one night and moved to the Ras Hotel, also with its faults but better for sure.
地理位置优越,就在古城墙外。酒店正在进行一些(非常必要的)改造,因此部分楼层可能会很吵。总体而言,房间宽敞干净。确保热水供应。早餐很棒,包括美味的玛奇朵
