在西梅田,离JR站/地铁站/电车站步行有一点点小距离,但逛街购物出行依然很便利。如果从关西机场坐飞机,离herbis上车点也很近。
去年刚开的酒店,设施都很新,房间大,环境很好,床品舒适。和父母出行,前台很机智贴心的安排两个相邻的客房,我们请工作人员把门打开了,非常方便。服务我觉得很不错,我和父母的生活习惯有点不一样,但客房人员会根据个人偏好帮忙整理台面上的东西,很细致。
早餐的服务也不错,选择丰富。
很舒服,服务很周到,特别想念酒店的乌冬面和泳池,早餐也很好吃,是个很棒的家庭亲子的Staycation!附近吃饭和去环球影城都很方便!
日本四季酒店堪称奢华与服务的典范。东京大手町分店坐拥皇居全景,39层高空露台可俯瞰城市天际线,镜面泳池与米其林一星法餐尽显格调。京都分店则深藏800年历史的积翠园,四季庭院景观与日式茶道体验相得益彰。大阪分店以现代设计诠释传统旅馆美学,16米高空泳池与私人日式浴池带来独特沉浸感。从儿童专属的床围栏、婴儿床,到情侣定制的屋顶晚餐与双人水疗,四季酒店以无微不至的细节服务,让商务出行、家庭度假或浪漫之旅皆成难忘体验。
平台的服务沟通非常良好。非常积极的回应。订房的需要,有特殊情况也能有回应。也能够及时的去跟酒店沟通客人的每一个需求。
首先要吐槽一下酒店前台工作人员服务质量良莠不齐,一部分热情专业,一小部分傲慢无礼不专业,办理续房手续流程生疏态度也不好,收据不经提醒也不知道给,英文水平一般,询问帮订餐厅事宜也给出不耐烦赶紧打发走的态度,整体感受不到酒店欢迎客人的态度令人不悦,跟酒店直接订房比平台价格要高宝子们需注意⚠️酒店的位置离梅田站步行距离,购物很方便,设计风格中规中矩米色商务风,作为24年新开业的酒店没有惊喜,房间硬件和早餐保持了一贯的水准,值得称赞的是床品和卫浴设施质量非常高,睡得很好。大堂和早餐厅在一层视线受周围高楼阻挡比较压抑。
房间宽敞 卫生整洁 舒适明亮 楼层高视线佳!服务方面中规中矩吧,没有态度不好也没有很热情。一次下午茶感觉还比较细心周到,一次用午餐可能是比较忙吧,就没有体现出上乘的服务水准了。
很差的一间酒店,大阪这间远远没有四季应有的水准!特别点名一位说着粤语叫******的前台,态度相当恶劣及嚣张,在我们拒绝升级房型时,态度非常不好,还指着自己名牌说:我叫******!你可以投诉我!这就是大阪四季酒店的前台素养吗?!非常糟糕的一次体验!
差!太差了!大阪住过康莱德住过W 没有遇到服务这么差的 全日本也没住过这样的酒店 绝对的歧视国人 房间好了(我去检查过的情况下)仍然让我们等待入住 说要半小时之后 OK可以等 你可能要布置入住欢迎什么的能理解 半小时以后去前台问 直接非常不耐烦的说三点才能入住 然后低头不交流 回避 这么i不要干和人沟通的工作好吗 我开始语气凶一点马上打电话问了半天 才说还要等十五分钟 这是第一点 第二天早上十点敲门后我们用英语说等一下 不听直接刷门卡进来问今天续不续房 男工作人员 我当时在上厕所不然真的会破口大骂 垃圾!再也不住!放张图 窗景很一般!

作为四季品牌,大阪分店的装修依然贯彻“在地性”理念,将本地元素提炼融合,呈现低调奢华的风格。所幸这里的“和风”并未过度强调日式的极致内敛,而是在现代简约与东方禅意之间找到了微妙的平衡。至于奢华感?需亲临体验,方能沉浸其中。
四季的核心理念“待人如己”(The Golden Rule),搭配日式的含蓄谦和,从踏入酒店的那一刻便开始渗透。前台由帅气的"Koichiro 加藤"及其团队接待,服务细腻周到,让客人渐入佳境。
若习惯了贵气十足的仪式感酒店,初次体验四季这种“润物细无声”的低调风格,或许需要稍作适应。各有所好,各有所需——但无论如何,大阪四季,确实不赖。
