My stay at Hometel Alambagh, Lucknow was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is very well located near the Alambagh bus terminal and metro, which made commuting around the city and to the railway station and airport extremely convenient. The room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed, with a cozy bed, efficient air-conditioning and all the basic amenities like tea/coffee maker, toiletries and high-speed Wi‑Fi, which worked smoothly throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a great job of maintaining cleanliness, and the soundproofing ensured a quiet and relaxing environment even though the hotel is in a busy area. I especially enjoyed the breakfast at their in-house restaurant “Flavours.” The buffet had a good variety of dishes and the taste and quality of the food were impressive, reflecting the flavours of Lucknow as well as standard Indian and continental options. The staff were courteous, friendly and always ready to help, whether it was a quick check-in, arranging small requests in the room. Their hospitality really added a personal touch and made the stay feel warm and comfortable. The front desk and restaurant teams were especially attentive and professional. Overall, Hometel Alambagh, Lucknow offers a great combination of location, comfortable rooms, good food, and genuinely helpful staff. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Lucknow and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travellers looking for a reliable and pleasant hotel in the city.

It was extremely comfortable! Good location easy accessibility. Rooms were good and clean. Would only suggest the staff to keep the in room kettle clean before every guests check in.

Everything was neat & clean. Staff were polite. Quality of food needs to be improved. Bottles in rooms are impossible to open. One housekeeping staff who cleaned the room on 7th February was useless. The person left the bathroom uncleaned & dirty. Also put back the used coffee & tea sachets without replacement. VERY BAD.
