Unacceptable behavior by concierge.
The concierge at night should be fired. We let them know we were going to have a late check in. When we got there he was nowhere to be found and we were stuck outside hotel for 15 min at 2am in the cold. A guest opened door for us and another 15 min passed with nobody. When he finallt emerged his hair was disheveled, his shirt was half untucked and his pants were partially undone. No apologies and all he could do was mumble incoherently. After being on the road 10 hrs this is the last thinf we expected to further delay us getting our room. Unacceptable and complaint has been filed.

We were just there on a overnight trip to meet up with family. The hotel is very nice, clean and quiet.

Check in starts at 3pm. I had called the same day that I was arriving at noon I had called them telling them I wouldn't arrive until midnight. Given that you need to be out by 11am. My 2 beds were made and seemed somewhat clean. The tables in the rooms weren't, covered un something sticky and brown. The bathroom was also not cleaned. I took video and pictures of everything's as I insepct everytime I go to a hotel. I brought it to the staff's attention in the morning. They apologized and her words exactly "thank you for letting us know, unfortunately we were fully booked and it's hard to get to all the rooms and do a thorough check" i was beyond annoyed. Check in starts at 3pm i came and arrived shortly after midnight. They claim theu didn't have enough staff to do thete iobs and clean after other people had been there. They had from 11am and on to check that room and clean it. I was not happy about it.

Had booked a room through *******, however, when I arrived at the hotel, the reservation had not reached the hotel’s reservation system. The Front Desk staff was not very warm or welcoming. After a quick call to ******* things were sorted out and I was able to get into my room. In regard to my impressions of the property and my room; there is a track the sliding glass door moves on, which caught the wheel of my suitcase and I almost had a fall, a sign would be nice to warn guests. Regarding the room, it was very clean (aside from bath tub which had a few hairs and some grim on the sides as well as a broken drain plug). The room was very modern and beds were comfortable with lots of pillows and blankets. I did not see a coffee maker or ice bucket in the room. It was a quick stay for me so I can’t speak to the gym or pool areas. Check out was quick and easy with no hiccups or wait time. I would definitely stay at the hotel again if I ever end up in Guelph again.

We had a suite for 2 nights. The second night we arrived back to the hotel as a limo bus with rowdy people coming back from sort of party arrived and everyone was staggering into the hotel. Many were staying on our floor - I was anticipating a sleepless night from their noise but to my pleasant surprise I could not hear anything! The room was soundproof! The mattress and pillows were super comfy and I had a great sleep!

We have a great stay at spark by hilton, staff wa very polite and helpful, room was nice and clean ,bathroom was clean .we like it overall .
酒店很新,空间很大,有两张大床,可睡4人。公路旁的北美酒店来说算是很舒适,还有游泳池和健身房。酒店早餐选择很少,和预期差不多。可以多留意这个Spark品牌。
服务好,房子安静,干净,早餐好
