Access is very dirty. Went to the sister hotel a bit away near the water for fish lunch. Could not order ahead of time, ordered food upon arrival, waited for about 2hrs, but fish did not arrive, complete waste of time and money! Very poor communication and commitment.

A word of caution - be very very careful while booking as they have 2 hotels with the same name. One is Dusk and Dawn beach resort and other one is Hotel Dusk and Dawn. This is their way of fooling people and charging hefty tariffs. We paid 13k + tax for a below average room thinking atleast it will have sea view. But to our surprise, we booked the wrong one which is nowhere close to the beach. This one (hotel dusk and dawn) is 3 kms from the Rameshwaram temple. The rooms are small and nowhere near the price that they are charging and literally looting people. The bedsheets were dirty, towels had stains. We were travelling with a 2 year old kid and hence asked them to change the dirty bedsheet to which rhe staff responded that they don’t have enough clean laundry and no one came to change it. We asked for an extra blanket which again was not provided. The washbasin is in the room and not in the bathroom with no water pressure in the tap. The only reason of giving them 2 stars is because of the staff who understood that we have paid such high prices and hence agreed to include our meals in the same price. They were also accommodating to the food requirements of our kid and hence an additional star for them. Other than this, there’s nothing good about this place so better to avoid and save your money. Will never recommend this to anyone.

Booked this hotel through make my trip , stay was good , staff are well attended, room was neat and clean. Wifi was speed.Room was very spacious , bathroom was neat and clean , found amenities in room. Had enough space to park my car. Breakfast was complimentary and had a decent spread. Recommended for family .
