Room was Clean and the Staff was very Friendly. I usually stay at regular hotels so the feel of the Entry and lobby area felt cold and not very inviting. Some warmth to the common areas would go a long way. I did notice the sound of individuals walking in the Rooms above me where very noticeable For the Price Point it was good .

Hotel is very nice and clean, was very pleased with the room. Rates are affordable. Checking in was great and front staff was very nice.

地板很脏，需要清扫。我们不得不先把水槽和淋浴间里的头发冲洗干净才能使用。水槽水龙头没有固定在台面上，所以到处乱窜，弄得一团糟。我们房间里的马桶冲不出来，所以我们下楼去了主浴室，结果也冲不出来。体验真不好！
Echo Suites 太棒了。新房，维护得很好，办公室员工很棒，店员还推荐了一家叫 Beacon 的餐厅，这家餐厅在 Food Network 上播出过。要不是她，我们肯定找不到这家餐厅。
尽量公平地说。
首先说说优点，房间干净，床很舒服，空调能用，房间很安静。缺点是，房间感觉像个宿舍。乙烯基地板，几乎没有艺术品。房间里没有吹风机、咖啡机，也没有任何方便用餐的物品（盘子、碗、叉子、勺子等）。所有东西都需要自带。电视机有时无法正常工作。前台的女士说游戏玩家经常弄乱电视。她把电视打开了，但我们关不掉。我们拔掉电源插头睡觉，但第二天早上插上电源，电视就没再打开了。其他客人也表示他们遇到了同样的问题。床很矮，马桶没有盖子。浴室里几乎没有可以放东西的地方，所以一个盖子可以放衣服或毛巾。水槽水龙头能用，但安装不正确，非常松动。（128 房间）
