I enjoyed my stay it was a last minute booking because the other hotel I picked was not up to standard. The rooms are clean, nice fresh smell throughout the hotel. The service was great.

Smelled amazing when you walk in..rooms were clean a couple things were left under the bathroom sink from previous people maybe like qtip and something else, the water pipes are in the wall it’s very loud when other ppl are using water and walls are thin seems but other than that everything was clean and workers were very nice we loved the stay… will definitely try to stay again

Did not have the room I purchased. Said since ******* is a third party provider they can sell the room to someone else. Put me in a smaller room that was unacceptable

Excellent hotel, unlike any Fairfield I’ve been to. Very new with a lot of places to eat. Convenient to Memphis, will stay there any time I go to Memphis.

Wasn’t very much to customer service on arrival, not bad, but nothing out of the ordinary. Everything else was excellent.

Beautiful hotel with pricing very reasonable and competitive with others in the area. Close enough to walk to several different restaurants.

Hands down to one of the best hotels you can stay. We stayed for a concert we walked around shop ate, really quiet and safe and quiet night

Looking for our new home
The room was very small and they didn’t clean the room daily. Not even a towel exchange unless you formally request. The employees were nice and professional.

The hotel is 5/5 but the bed was horrible it was like laying on a concrete floor it was just that hard 3/5. The area is very nice you can walk to different eateries and shopping stores.
