After a long trip from Boston to North Carolina. Niya was amazing. Great personality and very professional. Give this lady a raise! Whenever I am back in town this will be my spot of choice due to her amazing service! Room was very clean and relaxing!

Avoid this place like the plague or you might actually wind up with the plague. Very dirty - we found crumbs in our bed when we pulled back the sheets. If that weren't enough, the fire alarm went off due to an employee burning a waffle (reportedly). As if that weren't bad enough, we complained to Marriott and were offered 13,000 points without them contacting Residence Inn but we wanted Residence Inn to be aware of what happened. Because of that, we only got 5,000 points from Residence Inn. Not that they matter, as we won't ever use the points or stay there again. So gross.

We received a friendly, efficient greeting at check in. We asked to be located on the same floor as our daughter and SIL and were quickly accommodated with connecting rooms which was perfect. Our rooms had a woods view and were very quiet. This is a new hotel and everything was clean and well maintained throughout. The included breakfast was fresh, hot and well stocked at 7 AM. The hotel shares a parking lot with a sit down restaurant, Chick Fil A and an ice cream shop which was very convenient. There is also a Wawa gas station. The hotel is located at a very busy intersection so expect a bit of traffic. We had a pleasant stay and would return again.

This hotel was perfect! The rooms are spacious and clean and updated. It has a nice size lobby to hang out with friends. There is a free breakfast in the morning with eggs, bacon, cereal, oatmeal, and more. The front desk was so helpful and very accommodating. The room had a small kitchen with a dishwasher, full refrigerator, electric stove, and utensils and kitchen items you would need for your stay. It was kind of like a mini condo. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here a few months ago and had a good experience, so I was hoping for the same, but this time it was a disaster. Maybe the hotel is under new management. Here's a few gems: - a couple of days before arrival I messaged the hotel and requested that my one bedroom suite be on a higher floor. They replied and said that they had assigned a room on a high floor for me. When I arrived, I was told that the only suites available were on the first floor, and when I showed the message I was told the room that had been reserved for me was 'occupied' - what the hell does that mean? I was clearly bumped, but instead of admitting this I was just lied to. - so I stayed in a studio instead. The microwave stopped working and I called guest services and was told that maintenance were 'in a meeting'. I requested that they attend as soon as they could, but four hours later still no-one had come to look at the microwave, so I had to call again. - On the day of departure, I stayed in the room until 12, which was the checkout time. I could hear the housekeeping staff 'hanging around' outside my room, and TWICE between 11 and 12 they knocked on the door and asked me when I was leaving! (this despite the fact that the 'do not disturb' sign was hung on the door). When I left at 12 a member of housekeeping was literally lurking at my door and immediately entered. This is a nice modern hotel but clearly has management issues and also seems to be significantly more expensive than other Residence Inns.

I wasn’t sent a survey from Marriott itself so I will confidently leave my negative review here since I will never return. We stayed here on a (what seemed like) a pretty slow Friday night. There was a group of 7-8 teenage looking boys in the lobby chatting with the front desk guy getting ready to go outside to play ball. We check in, head to the room and I was honestly very happy with the room itself. Being a brand new hotel everything was clean. The bed and sofa were comfortable. We heated up some of our leftovers and headed to the couch to watch a movie. Now here is where we stared to have issues. Our room was facing the front and the basketball courts. It’s now around 10pm and they are still outside playing, yelling, etc. ok I’ll give them another half hour. Nope so I made a call to the front desk. He told me he would tell them to stop yelling but not to stop playing (?). 11:30pm rolls around and now they come in from the stairs which we were near full blown sprinting down the hall dribbling the basketball. I make another call to the front desk. He very nonchalantly tells me he will tell them to stop. I hop in the shower and start to get ready for bed. Again I hear them in the hallway, I can hear them IN THEIR ROOMS. At this point I’m tired and fed up and took a very cold shower… I head down to the front desk and the now very annoyed FDA smirks and tells me “just tell my manager in the morning” and goes back to his phone. That’s it. That’s the level of professionalism here. Also, the showers at night and two in the morning were all freezing cold. I was told it was because the hotel was super busy but there were only a handful of cars in the lot.

We stayed here for a quick one night stay while visiting Long Branch. The hotel staff was all fabulous. From the front desk to the people working breakfast, each person was fabulous! The hotel is clearly either new or recently remodeled. Everything felt new and fresh. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I often have some complaint that I add to my reviews here, but I really dont have any to add here. We will absolutely be back!
