The hotel was very clean. However, we checked in to a key not working to our room after 3 attempts. Our room was then changed after this to a room that had a toilet that did not flush realizing this after we unpacked our bags. Our room was then moved for the 3rd time and we were exhausted from our travels. The parking lot was full the 2nd night we stayed and we could not find any parking spots.

The room was clean. Check in staff was helpful.
Breakfast was adequate. We stayed 3 nights and not once did anyone come in to clean or give us clean towels. There were noisy kids running up and down the hallways.

The hotel was clean and the staff were great. Very friendly. Air conditioning was on when I got to the room. The room was nice and cool. There was more than enough room to park. I will try to stay here when I go to Hershey again.

Hotel was good. Staff always had be back soon sign up.coffee ran out at 8:30 am and I waited till 9:15 and it was never refilled, same with yogurt and apple juice.
Good hotel staff not great.

Check in was fast and the staff was friendly and professional. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The bathroom had full sized toiletries and the lobby had a small snack area (for purchase). It also had continental breakfast. Located close to HersheyPark and Giant Center. Highlt recommend.
