No free breakfast, if there was we weren’t offered!
The restaurant needs a closed entrance. People from the pool walk directly in front of the restaurant with wet towels wrapped around them and everyone stares at them!
Lack of towels for the pool area. Each time we used the pool, a family member had to walk out in front of the restaurant soaking wet to ask for towels.

We loved our stay. But I he only complaint is that we booked two queens and we only got a room with two doubles.

I was pleasantly suprised by the property itself.. however, the customer service is literally the worst ive ever come across. Its almost surreal. Booked a suite for over a week after added bookings with the "vip" acess i was supposed to receive daily food vouchers. I received one the entire stay. I literally avoided front desk by all means necessary. Im not the type to leave a review at all, let alone a negative one. The service here was that bad. If youre in town for appointments regarding chronic illness as i was, this is the last place you should expect to come relax. Did nothing but add stress.
Obviously with chronic illness comes a decline in appearance. I habe lost the majority of my hair. There was an instance where i had to present ID to obtain new room keys. The person on front desk looked me up and down so condescendingly. Just so blatantly rude. I've always allotted about $100 a day for tips during hotel stays. The only tips i gave out were to house keeping

非常干净,服务也很及时,还有机场接送服务。
对于驾车且不太需要去市中心的旅客来说,这里位置很好。步行即可到达机场,酒店每半小时提供接送服务。
员工很友好!
很棒的酒店,离机场超级近,房间宽敞,员工也很友好。
食物很棒,员工友善乐于助人,房间干净整洁,泳池区域也不错。就是周末的时候酒店有点吵,大部分都是来带娃的家庭。
住宿体验很棒,泳池也很漂亮!没有任何不满,虽然没在餐厅吃过东西。
