The motel is apparently being renovated, so it is nothing to look at from highway. Not only is this RV Park the first stop eastbound after crossing the desert entering Las Cruses, it also is the easiest on/off for very large RVs with trailers. With my AAA card my spot was under $40.00! There was tree and picnic table in the shade. It was 100 degrees outside, and I ran my 3 AC units full blast. Great 50amp service. The free Wi-Fi is not that bad, 4-7Mbs down, 1-2Mbs Up. Certainty not High speed, but decent for free. I asked the lady at the front desk about what looked like full time residents there at the park, and she said they have the lowest cost monthly rates at only $500.00 per month, with free electricity and Wi-Fi. You can top off you diesel tanks across the hiway at your choice of the TA and Pilot truck stops. This is close, but all the big rig traffic is on the other side of I-10, so it was quite at night. We used to stop in Anthony at the Road Host for our cross-county trips, but they have easy off freeway access only, but the getting back on I-10 ******, due to truck stops on both ends of the frontage road. This will defiantly be our planned stop coming back west bond on I-10.

The motel looks old, but the RV park is brand new. Very level spots, with a tree and picnic table right next to your RV. Best stop in NM for under $40.00! This is no RV resort, but it is clean, quite, safe and right off the HI way. I just bought my RV, so I really liked the easy access to the freeway. I don't like driving too far from the interstate in search of a place to stop. You can see their sign for miles around.

My husband and I were supposed to stop in Anthony for the night on our trip to Florida. We had tire troubles in AZ, and were running very behind. After driving tru the desert for hours after the sun set, we were desperate for a easy place to stop for the night. Then we saw the giant sign coming into Las Cruces. Just off freeway. Lots of room for big RVs especially wen you are tired, at night and desperately needing sleep. I forget the desk woman's name, but she was friendly and nice. A completely remodeled RV park, will extra wide RV sites, newly planted trees, packed gravel roads and sites. I was suppressed you could not really hear the traffic on the interstate. Nice views of Mountains! The was also an orchard, next door, so lots of green in the middle of the desert. 50Amp service for les than $40.00 a night with RV club discount can't be beat!

as a travel nurse couple, we have very short notice on where we will be traveling to for our next contract. Unfortunately, after making reservations for CoachLight Inn and RV Park our contract was cancelled and were not able to stay here. After talking to Virginia, we were really looking forward to the stay. She was extremely helpful in making sure that we had a spot to stay for the three months. She understood our situation and new that it could be cancelled. Even though, she took as much time as needed to be so helpful. Not very many places are this accommodating. Thank you, Virginia, and I hope to someday have the pleasure of meeting you.

This place looks bad from hiway. The motel is a mess, and undergoing a giant renovation. The motel and pool are closed during construction. The RV park is open and recently remodeled. All hard packed roads and sites are in very good shape, with little dust blowing during local dust storms. Plenty of room for my giant RV and dirt bike trailer. There are shade trees and picnic tables. I was able to work on my bike without being hassled, or worries about parts being stolen. I left lots of stuff outside overnight, and it was there in the mornings. I plugged into their 50Amp service, and recharged my solar setup. There are over 300 places to eat within 5 miles from this central location. Only one turn off free way, and you can see the giant sign for miles.
