Loved it! We were really worn out after a hard hot summer hike in Shenandoa when we arrived, so the hospitality of this hotel along with its ice cold pool, and air conditioned room was greatly appreciated by my wife and I. The Hampton inn at Zion Crossroads highly recommend it to anyone passing through , it's a clean great place with friendly staff.

I loved everything about it except the bed. Both my husband and myself felt like we were sleeping on springs. The mattress was terrible.

Great customer service upon arrival at check in. Quiet, very clean facility. Free breakfast was hot, lots of food to choose from with friendly service. Highly recommend😊

The hotel is modern, clean, and convenient, and it's a great value. The staff, especially the General Manager Mr. Abdul Rab, is a gem. **pedia basically screwed up this booking due to website errors during payment ("Oops, something went wrong on our end, please try again"). They ended up booking the hotel five times, all on the wrong dates which had apparently re-loaded from the previous cached page for the booking I had just completed at a different hotel, for the day before this one. What a mess. I was able to cancel three; the fourth needed Customer Care to cancel. The fifth had already processed by then, and **pedia said they couldn't cancel it because it was a "no cancellation" booking. Two more days of frustrating emails and customer care sessions got me nowhere. **pedia could not (or would not) talk to the hotel manager. I finally called the hotel, spoke to Mr. Rab, and he graciously agreed to untangle the mess. This is probably the last time I will use 3rd-party booking, because when there's a problem, the hotel has very few options with the booking partner. Other than that - the hotel was wonderful, and the staff is super courteous and helpful. We'll be back! - Norm

Staff not overly welcoming. Rooms are bare minimum. No clocks. Smoke detector light are extremely bright.
