Room was good and staff was helpful but the resort charges at check in were unexpected and high. We will not stay there again or any Hilton resort again.I am a Hilton Honors member but very disapppointed.

I booked for an oceanfront room and got a partial view. Also, the hot water in the shower does not get hot.

Everything was awesome about the room, staff, etc. Parking was horrible for $15 a night and the resort fees were hidden and should be included in the up front price. This is misleading and ridiculous. Other than that I’ve stayed in many Myrtle Beach hotels and like this one best. Just be straight up about things from the get go!

Best customer service ever!!!!
I’ve been coming to MB for over 20 years and this was the first time staying here. I booked because they had ocean view rooms and allowed my pet. I traveled with my mom and after 14 hours of driving she needed help getting to the room . No need to ask… Gary quickly noticed and got a wheelchair for her and helped us to the room. Every single staff person was incredibly nice and willing to help if needed. It was quiet , clean and comfortable. Easy parking … lots of options without crossing the street or parking in a garage. (Not many resorts can say that!) I can’t wait to come back and check out more of the amenities. The pool area was great and they offered music and activities. Don’t waste your time or money anywhere else

I arrived on 11/1 around 5:30pm. I was greeted by Carrie, who was a complete Angel.
I approached the desk with tears in my eyes and could not stop crying; I had just recently experienced a life changing experience which I was not dealing with well. The trip was a last minute decision to try and get my head together.
Carrie and another lady, I didn’t get her name, were very comforting and kind and they were genuinely concerned about me.
They made me feel welcomed and asked me to call the desk if I needed anything. I really feel like I was led to this place for a reason.
The hotel was clean and has great amenities, I will definitely be back!
Thank you ladies for making my stay so pleasant !

服务人员态度亲切又细心，从入住到退房都让人感受到满满的贴心。早餐种类丰富，有当地特色料理，也有新鲜水果和咖啡。泳池区也很干净，有提供躺椅可以晒太阳，非常适合放松。
