酒店信息有误
设置“2年内装修”时、携程推送了Sheraton Hanoi West、我一直以为是新开业的酒店、直到入住后才发现、已开业十年以上。
河内西喜来登酒店 (Sheraton Hanoi West) 的前身其实是 河内雅居阁高级公寓 (Hyatt Regency West Hanoi)
携程显示的“2年内装修”是因为该酒店在 2024年上半年 才正式更名挂牌“喜来登”,并进行了局部翻新(Soft Renovation),但主体硬件确实已步入第十个年头,Marriott 官方新闻稿通常会将此类更名视为新开业,导致预订平台信息产生误导。
酒店的软硬件老旧、比如:客房无USB接口、无咖啡机,电梯镜面污迹明显,部分楼层甚至有异味
健身房使用的是Life Fitness、但是旧款的型号、最满意就是健身房、Spa、Sauna、Jacuzzi、Steam Room、游泳池的卫生、相比其他楼层、这里是最舒服且干净的。
自助早餐很丰富、有西餐、中餐、香港点心、日本料理、韩国料理、甜点、越南咖啡等。
糟心的是:早餐是自由选座的、没有工作人员合理安排、也没有牌子能放在桌上提示已有人。
我已经把房卡、及私人物品、茶饮咖啡、面包放在桌上、拿个餐回来位子竟然被占了、幸好没有贵重物品的丢失。
只能忍气吞声换桌子、一大早遇到这种事、非常影响心情、住客的情绪保险、也是服务质量的关键、酒店应该有更好的方案、去避免住客之间的冲突。
服务好、虽然软硬件老旧、但毕竟是Sheraton培训出来的酒店管理、服务品质达标国际水准、春节还贴心送了惊喜和红包🧧
这是第一次住酒店收到红包!每间房、每天免费洗两件衣服的福利、也留下了好印象。

The Garden Shopping Center、距离酒店约 5 分钟车程。这是一个充满欧式风格的商场,负一层有大型超市 Big C (GO!),适合采购越南咖啡、腰果等特产。这里有很多韩国餐厅,因为该区是河内的韩国人聚居区。
🌉地标打卡:Keangnam Landmark 72
河内第一高楼。你可以去 Sky72 观景台 俯瞰河内全景,里面还有电影院和高端餐饮,硬件比酒店要现代得多。
⛩️文化游:河内博物馆 (Hanoi Museum)
建筑外观像一个倒金字塔,非常有设计感,距离酒店很近,适合消磨下午时光,而且非常出片。
我在河内转机时入住了这家酒店。行政酒廊的欢乐时光从晚上6点到9点,足足有三个小时,餐点种类也非常丰富。这绝对是我去过的酒廊中数一数二的。酒水是自助的,让人感觉非常放松和愉悦。早餐看起来也很丰盛。可惜我早上赶时间没能多吃点。早餐时喝到的第一杯卡布奇诺非常美味,我还续了一杯,但第二杯的冲泡方式就不太一样了,有点遗憾。这是一家我会想再次入住的酒店。
房间相对来说干净整洁,离市区有一点距离,对比国内酒店价格相对高点,可能加收税费的关系。可能是现在比较多工厂设置在越南,整体价格都上涨了
入住办理的小男生服务态度非常差,硬件设施也达不到五星级的标准,这样的性价比完全超出超常规的价格,1500人民币住的酒店跟我们国内的是星级水平还不到,建议大家综合选择!
环境不错,卫生很干净,早餐有我最喜欢的越南米粉,就是房间的淋浴没有移动喷头,浴缸里面有移动的淋浴喷头,但是是坏的。
看起来好像是第一次,可能是客房服务,把我放在地板上的Sony MX4耳机拿走了,再也没找到,很难过……这是一次糟糕的经历,因为我急着退房,就给他们发了封邮件希望能跟进,但也没抱什么希望……越南😭😭😭😭
根本就不像24年开业,更不像五星级,酒店大堂整晚不开空调,大门敞开,蚊子满天飞,酒店大堂的地毯感觉是垃圾场捡来的,酒店靠马路,前门都是灰尘,酒店后面是废墟,双床一个是破的被子,一个是有污渍被子,早上起来发现很多蚊子的血,这就是河内西喜来登!1090一晚!携程平台很不错一直跟我沟通让他们给我退订,但酒店就是不同意👎
酒店在的区域感觉稍微和主城区有点远 但是整体在河内这个酒店可以。 里面前台服务也非常好。 酒店去机场距离也不远。
房间干净整洁,设施齐全完善配套丰富,卫生也特别干净整洁,环境一流,服务态度热情周到,办理入住快速有效,积极热情,总体非常的不错!特别适合商务出差,或者家庭出行,情侣出玩等等!总体而言很值得推荐给大家!有机会一定再来住!常来住!
