酒店环境优雅，服务周到，房间干净舒适，设施齐全。地理位置便利，出行方便。早餐丰富可口，入住体验非常满意，下次还会再来！
我在河内转机时入住了这家酒店。行政酒廊的欢乐时光从晚上6点到9点，足足有三个小时，餐点种类也非常丰富。这绝对是我去过的酒廊中数一数二的。酒水是自助的，让人感觉非常放松和愉悦。早餐看起来也很丰盛。可惜我早上赶时间没能多吃点。早餐时喝到的第一杯卡布奇诺非常美味，我还续了一杯，但第二杯的冲泡方式就不太一样了，有点遗憾。这是一家我会想再次入住的酒店。
房间相对来说干净整洁，离市区有一点距离，对比国内酒店价格相对高点，可能加收税费的关系。可能是现在比较多工厂设置在越南，整体价格都上涨了
环境不错，卫生很干净，早餐有我最喜欢的越南米粉，就是房间的淋浴没有移动喷头，浴缸里面有移动的淋浴喷头，但是是坏的。
看起来好像是第一次，可能是客房服务，把我放在地板上的Sony MX4耳机拿走了，再也没找到，很难过……这是一次糟糕的经历，因为我急着退房，就给他们发了封邮件希望能跟进，但也没抱什么希望……越南😭😭😭😭
根本就不像24年开业，更不像五星级，酒店大堂整晚不开空调，大门敞开，蚊子满天飞，酒店大堂的地毯感觉是垃圾场捡来的，酒店靠马路，前门都是灰尘，酒店后面是废墟，双床一个是破的被子，一个是有污渍被子，早上起来发现很多蚊子的血，这就是河内西喜来登！1090一晚！携程平台很不错一直跟我沟通让他们给我退订，但酒店就是不同意👎
酒店在的区域感觉稍微和主城区有点远 但是整体在河内这个酒店可以。 里面前台服务也非常好。 酒店去机场距离也不远。
房间干净整洁，设施齐全完善配套丰富，卫生也特别干净整洁，环境一流，服务态度热情周到，办理入住快速有效，积极热情，总体非常的不错！特别适合商务出差，或者家庭出行，情侣出玩等等！总体而言很值得推荐给大家！有机会一定再来住！常来住！
整体来说干净又安静。推荐给喜欢安静环境的人。
