We were surprised by this really good budget hotel. Everything was clean, worked well and the staff was helpful. The bed was super comfortable and the king room had ample space. The pool and hot tub were clean and not overly chlorinated. Shower was functional. Breakfast options were limited and included hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, oatmeal and bagels.

I thought the high price might simply have been bc it is football season-even though the packers were out of town this weekend. I chose to book it anyway bc of the Hilton name and it was close to our event. Service was helpful and friendly which was the positive, but I was so disappointed for the price! Had to change rooms for a sink issue and no maintenance to fix it, freezing pool, barely warm hot tub and one of the more disappointing breakfast spreads I’ve seen. Had I paid less than 100$ I’d have been fine, but not even close for the price we paid and what we were expecting.

Maybe the lower price should have been a red flag but this is way below Hilton standards, surprised they have their name on it. Check in was fine and the staff was very nice. I got to my room and noticed no chair at the desk, I called down to the front desk to have them send a chair up and test when I found out they don't have chairs in the room and that I was supposed to sit on the foot stool. I ended up going to the lobby area so I could do my work at a table. Later, back in my room, I noticed a very wet towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door, I'm not sure if they wanted me to use someone else's towel, my guess is the next guest will find that same towel still hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The final unpleasant surprise was at breakfast, stale bagels, dry cereal (they only had oat milk) and hard boiled eggs, if you wanted anything hot you needed to buy it from their pantry ($3.50 for a frozen breakfast sandwich) and heat it up. There are certain expectations when you stay at a Hilton property, as a business traveler I usually have a couple of brands that I stick with because I know they will be clean, modern, have a good work station in my room and have a hot breakfast, Spark misses the mark on all of these.

So inexpensive with mixed reviews so I set my expectation low but it was clean and quiet and I slept like a baby. Got a room facing parking lot instead of highway. Shower pressure was excellent! Don’t know if this was good or bad but fit digital key and never saw another human

Location wasn't bad about a 5 minute drive to most area draws. Not much within walking distance though. While I an aware Sparks is the Budget Hilton line this was below standards. My key would not work with my hilton app. The toilet seat was broken. There was no decor in my room like no pictures or anything. 1 bed 1 chair 1 half desk work area. Breakfast was a joke toast and hard boiled eggs. 1 toaster for entire hotel to use. I get to Green Bay a couple times a year and will not be using this property again.

service - very quick, people were very friendly and explained things very clearly rooms - very nice and clean, the shower was heavenly after being camping for a week. breakfast - although i could’ve gone for scrambled eggs, there were bagels and a bunch of spreads so i wasn’t disappointed other - there was a temporary room card issue, but it didn’t really affect us, and even though we couldn’t find an ice bucket or our tv remote the lady at the front desk got them for us right away upon the request so no complaints there. overall a great night, would definitely stay again.
