非常棒的体验,房间的硬件很好,服务的软件也很好!无论任何时候,有需求都会被服务人员注意到,无论是早上吃早饭、还是酒店里逛,只要呈犹豫状似乎有什么需求,就会立即有员工面带微笑走过来帮忙。体验了酒店日餐厅sesui的omakase,质量很棒!接机服务完美,有贵宾通道,从出机舱到出机场总共不到二十分钟。
各方面都非常好 无可挑剔 !
从入住到退房 安排了各种惊喜,情绪价值拉满!
可惜因为是中途入住这个酒店,没有体验到接送机及快速通道服务,不过在check out后安排了车辆送下一个酒店。全程 所有员工 包括总经理都在关注客人的需求 非凡的体验!价格能接受的话,欢迎来打卡!
最后一天在曼谷选择体验目前最新的安缦,虽然一开始对城市中的安缦怀有一定质疑,但奈乐给的体验确实是曼谷的天花板。总经理Ted Tucker是前曼谷嘉佩乐的总经理,可以看得出来他把嘉佩乐很多做的非常好的地方也注入到了安缦中,然后融合进了安缦的招牌的热情细心服务以及宁静的氛围,这注定让安缦奈乐在各方面都能立足于曼谷首位(有些可能喜欢嘉佩乐的河景,但安缦的城市景观同样优美,而且距离主流商圈更近)。
接机的快速通关等了快一个小时都没人,结果是弄错时间了。。 整体感觉城市的安缦服务水平明显不行,提前办理了入住还不错。 早餐还可以,可以点很多当地美食。。不过整体管理略微混乱,体验感不如东京纽约。
无可挑剔,服务水平极高,早餐非常棒,水疗中心豪华,室内设计很时尚,氛围私密而雅致!安缦始终保持着一贯的水准,不断带来惊喜和愉悦!
房间的浴室水漏不下去,跟客服反馈也只是一句抱歉,定的时间送机,再三确认定上了,下楼发现根本没有我的预定,又重新前台帮我预定等了半小时,差点误机,这是我住过体验最差的安曼,没有之一!
最棒的服务,一流的设施!
整个入住过程都非常愉快。出差最后一天的疲惫一扫而空。

曼谷奈乐安缦,真的把安缦骨子里的那种“避世奢华”拿捏得死死的。从踏入大堂的那一刻起,就感觉时间都慢了下来,这大概就是安缦的魔力吧。除了价格让人肉疼,其他真的没!毛!病! 🥂✨
