When I got there, they said my reservation had been cancelled, and I had to pay a different price. They gave me the paperwork to show you, so that I can get a refund. Please contact me with what I need to do.

Arrived @5:30 pm and was told they didn't have a King room w/sofa-bed clean. They offered to place me in a double room at no extra-cost.
I stated unless they were giving me a refund for the cheaper room, I would like the room that I booked and paid for. Within in minutes there was a King room available🤔

我认为房子内外总体来说都不错。我们浴室和入口处的瓷砖地板应该用湿拖把擦干净，清洁得更彻底。我看得出瓷砖的凹槽里有污垢。也许我太挑剔了，但就卫生而言，它应该看起来更干净。
总体来说，住得很愉快。早餐不是最好的，令人失望。燕麦片是冷的，煮鸡蛋看起来好像在某人的地板上滚来滚去。
虽然房间看起来很干净，但我们还是在房间里发现了一只蟑螂，还有清洁人员没有发现的脏抹布。工作人员很友善，但没有人对我们发现的蟑螂采取任何措施。

过去几年我们旅行时住过很多酒店，这家是最干净、最舒适的酒店之一。价格合理，没什么可抱怨的！
