I liked that the room came with dishes and pretty much most kitchen items if anything is needed.

we had to stay here for my daughters surgery and they made us as comfortable, they welcomed us and it truly was great!

Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Air conditioning was poor and I was hot all night, the hallways were super hot. Breakfast food was awful- the hot foods were cold, even the oatmeal and I was afraid to eat it as I am sure it was unsafe. Coffee was good.

Pool small and for two days not usable due to workers
那是一个繁忙的周末，我们刚入住房间就发现空调坏了。我们叫人来检查，他们也没能修好，但酒店并没有给我们换房间，而是给了我们一个电风扇。我们住了两晚，两晚都没有得到任何补偿。我觉得，每晚150多美元的价格，理应得到一台能正常工作的空调。我们很喜欢住这家套房，尤其是在全家来圣安东尼奥旅行的时候，但下次我们肯定会重新考虑住哪里。
被锁在房间外3小时
我们在烈日下徒步10小时后，被锁在房间外3小时无法进入。门锁电池没电了，重置门锁的机器也坏了。真是令人抓狂。
一进酒店就闻到一股需要通风的味道。入住时电梯地板上有食物残渣，退房时还在那里。灯罩破了。空调几乎不起作用，所以我们睡得很不舒服。整个房间感觉脏兮兮的，我都不想碰任何东西。真不知道他们怎么会有那么多星级。感觉他们很不负责任，给我们办理入住的那个男的甚至一次都没对我们笑过。
客房服务糟糕透顶，前台态度也很差。
