The staff was very pleasant, who upgraded our room to the third floor with a view of the ocean. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. We'll be staying here again.

This is our favorite and only place we stay in Long Beach!!! Very family friendly pet friendly and amazingly quiet!! The breakfast is amazing and coffee is great as well!! Staff is always friendly and so helpful and kind

Staff was extremely friendly. A little trail that you. A walk right down to the beach to fish and crab. Highly recommend for families with kids or pets.

We always love to come here. It is quiet and just north of the busy area. Without being too far out. Ocean views on floors 2 and 3. Trail to the beach adjacent to the property

The view from the balcony was nice though the sliding door was difficult to unlock and open.
The room was adequate, but the propy really needs to be updated and refurbished.

Old building. Stains on the room carpet. Most concerning was is that steam from the bathroom sets off the fire alarm for the ENTIRE BUILDING. Because of this, they request that the bathroom door be closed and fan on during and after shower. That is easy to do. However, the issue is that it means that it trains people to ignore the fire alarm, thinking it is caused by steam. The alarm went off once during our stay, in the morning. Very dangerous.

Room was spacious and views excellent, but the property is in need of updating and repairs. Moldy bathroom, outdoor fire pits totally rusted out and just left in a pile, outdoor furniture torn, and just generally dingy. Breakfast was the bare minimum basic motel breakfast The room was clean enough, but the overall sense is that they don’t take pride in this property, and just rely on the views.
