Our family had a great stay at the Renaissance Inn at Eagle, ID. The continental break was was great and Ginger and Landon were very friendly. Great amenities on-site and close to restaurants and beautiful Eagle ID.

We just finished our week-long stay here, we absolutely loved this hotel! It’s brand new and located only a half hour from downtown, but far enough away to be quiet and less crowded. The rooms are perfect for long stays and they even have free laundry! The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and welcoming! I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Highly recommend avoiding this hotel. We checked in and were placed in a room that was very close to an extremely busy rd/hwy. After a sleepless night, we asked to check out early and be refunded. While they agreed to the refund, and that was confirmed with a manger, they failed to honor that refund. So we left a day early and paid for another hotel only to have to pay for an extra night anyhow. Additionally, the hotel rooms are very sterile in style, rooms are laid out oddly and staff at the front desk was extremely unpleasant. And definitely be advised that this sits right on the side of a very busy, high traffic hwy.

Although this is a very nice hotel, when setting up the pull out sofa, cereal was scattered under the couch cushions. Very unpleasant and unsettling knowing that the room was unsanitary. The hotel did clean up the cereal ( vacuumed), but did not offer to move rooms to a more sanitary area. I am not one to ask for the room to be compensated, but in this situation some sort of solution should have been offered.

Hotel rooms were booked by our office manager for our crew that was working in Eagle. When our crew arrived at the hotel, the assistant manager wouldn't allow them to check in without the card that the rooms were booked on, even though the rooms had been paid for, were listed in their names and our crew had the reservation confirmation number. Our crew manager had to call the assistant manager of the hotel and explain how the rooms had been booked and paid for. The assistant manager finally let our crew check in but reminded us that "this wasn't how things were done at this hotel". We have never had an issue at any other hotel with our office manager booking hotel rooms for our crew. Needless to say, we won't be returning.

Our organization had a workshop at the hotel. The room we met in was spacious. The staff that set up our snacks, drinks, etc., was AWESOME. The breakfast was very good. On another note, our room was nice, clean and roomy. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Thank you to Ryan, who oversaw the food for our conference, and Connor, who checked us in. The rest of the staff were great as well.

This was such a disappointment. First of all - staff was amazing, especially Alicia. While they did their best, the hotel has serious flaws. First and biggest was the lighting. In their misguided attempt to be eco friendly they installed a lighting system that hardly emits any light. And consistently blows a fuse. So frustrating. My wife couldn't see to put her makeup on. We moved rooms because it kept shutting off. Only to have the same thing happen in the new room. The toilet didn't flush. When I requested a plunger the staff admitted that this happens frequently and tried to come up with a plausible reason (new building, getting the kinks worked out - really?). The gym is awesome and the pool looked great. But they failed on the basics. Also, in a room with two queens, the ventilation blew directly on my head making getting sleep nearly impossible. Who designs these places? Huge disappointment for Marriott.

Very new hotel in Eagle, ID. Stayed there for 2 days over Thanksgiving holiday 2024. Everything was nice and comfortable. There were a few new-building issues like the bathroom door would not close. One strange thing was that I was told they could not provide a paper receipt. This means that I will not stay there for future business trips.
