I didn't like anything. This place needs to be shut down. There was roaches in one room. Another room was used when we went in

It was horrible the worst experience I've ever had elevators not working 1st room 2nd floor couldn't get door opened then no hot water moved us to another room on the 3rd floor it was worse than the 1st room humidity in that room was horrible the condensation was bad floors wet our clothes, shoes & sheets all wet walls everything in that room was so wet couldn't even sleep all night I'll never ever stay there again reason for our stay was husband was having surgery and couldn't get any rest or sleep

DO NOT STAY HERE!
It was horrible, we got to the hotel and thank goodness i check beds, because both rooms and all 4 beds had bugs on them..We got a refund for 1 room and still waiting on the other because it will take 2 business days, why one went through i have no idea. Ruined our trip because we had to find another hotel and pay more money because it was last minute, taking away things we had planned for the extra money to go towards.

The lobby is beautiful! But the hotel was not safe for me. ELEVATOR was mot working properly. It was outdoors. They were washing the bedding and towels with so much bleach. That, the fumes were burning my eyes.
