The continental breakfast consisted of waffles, raw orange juice, little to none cream cheese and jam, no eggs and little fruit available, my room had no trash cans, shower seemed old, we didn’t know how to use it and the staff did not mentioned it at first.
My room had a bright light shining inside even with the drapes shut the light entered, there wasn’t any cleaning service, there was a party and you could hear the party in the patio and the party on the pool

I was very in happy that they allowed an over night pool party right out side my room. The pool party consisted of loud music and people screaming in the hallways. It was also embarrassing that there were others staying in the hotel from other countries and made comments about how people is the US act.

The facility is tired but they do their best. There were 3 lamps in our room, 2 didn't work so we had to use the ceiling lights, which were very bright. They were quick to respond to our needs and very kind.

This hotel looked great in photos on the listing, but when we got there it was apparent the property owners do not maintain the property. We had multiple broken things in our room. Poor amateur repair jobs were done on some things but looked horrible. For example caulk was used in several places and was applied very sloppily. The bathroom door was broken and had a foot long crack through the middle of the door. The walls were partially painted, partially not. The list goes on and on. The included breakfast was only cold cereal, nothing hot. This was misleading because the listing photos show the breakfast area having heated pans with food.

There was some kind of "event" going on that resulted in a parking lot full of police and sirens at 5am and a lot of noise leading up to that.

I reserved a room with a king bed and a lake view they did not have one and i had to settle for two queens. The floor was sticky,the window qas fogged (moisture in between the two panes) so i could bot see the lake and the louvers for the air conditioner was missing. There also was trash in the parking lot

The shower curtain rod nearly fell off the wall, barely any hot water. The fridge went out. We lost the food we had in there. The air conditioner was so loud that we had to turn it off in order to sleep.

terrible experience
I have stayed at this hotel several times and never had any issues until this time. The floor was soaked from water coming through the cracks of the tile, there was mold on the inside of the closet door, The next morning we found a blood spot on the mattress . Needless to say I will not recommend or stay in any Wyndham hotel ever again

酒店很不干净。我看了三个不同的房间才找到一个看起来还过得去的。走廊很脏，楼梯很脏，床单也很脏。地板上有蚂蚁，人行道和停车场到处都是鸭子粪便。我绝对不会再住这家酒店，也绝不会推荐这个地方！！！！！
没有正规的酒吧，他们不每天打扫房间，也不整理床铺，周围环境有点奇怪，但没有什么危险
