Loved the stay. Beautiful clean property. Highlights of the place Clubhouse with a pool table, air hockey, foosball, chess, carrom, pool. A glass bridge Camp fire There is a river flowing which you can hear. Extremely hospitable staff. Genuinely take care of their guests. Full marks to this place.

We paid 32k for a heritage room with a jacuzzi. Following was the condition once we checked in 1. I slipped the moment i walked in because room floor was wet. 2. Furniture in room is probably equivalent to an OYO room. Bed supposedly was queen bed but with max 4 feet width. 3. Paint was peeling off all the walls 4. Dead insects in room. 5. There was mold on curtains, walls, carpets, blinds. 6. Switch boards right next to jacuzzi had no covers in it. 7. Glass water bottles had all rust on them showing they haven’t been changed for weeks probably. 8. When complained and asked for a refund they made us wait for more than 2 hours and eventually nothing was solved. 9. They didn’t even send their resort car to pick us up for more than 30 mins. 10. All they had to say was give us 10 mins we will solve and those 10 mins never got ever till we moved out of the property. 11. We came here to celebrate our anniversary and the experience they put us through was pathetic Wouldn’t even rate this property as 1 star. The only good thing in hotel was the view and location which no doubt was out of the box. I am attaching pictures for proof. I would rate this hotel 1 star out of 5

A lovely property in the misty mountains. The breakfast and main course had a great variety and tasted amazing. Head Chef Pratheesh, Chef Shahrukh, the manager Ashraf and the entire restaurant team were warm, friendly, and always smiling. The resort staff made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.

Head Chef Pratheesh, who has worked with royal families in Bahrain and the UK, brings a wealth of experience — every dish was prepared with great care and skill. The staff were warm and friendly throughout our stay.

I stayed at Silent Brook for two nights and I must say, this property is truly worth it—perfect for a getaway with family and friends. The location is simply beautiful, and I was amazed by the stunning surroundings. I even shared some photos with my friends, and they were just as impressed! The staff were incredibly polite and always greeted us with a warm smile. I can't recall all the names, but I believe Mr. Amarnath was at the reception—he was exceptionally friendly and made us feel truly welcome. His hospitality and the way he treated guests was superb. The breakfast was absolutely delicious—definitely a highlight of our mornings! A big thank you to the entire Silent Brook team for making our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Best Resort in croog, really enjoyed my stay here. Resort is filled with greenery and it's so beautiful and peaceful, the staff are very friendly, special thankful chef Satyajit, for the amazing meal! Your cooking was absolutely delicious and truly made the experience special. I really appreciate the effort and heart you put into every dish, I suggest you to keep it up this grade, don't fall down. What an amazing place to stay! .I have stayed there with my wife, we came as honeymoon couple. So, they provide us a cake as complimentary from their side. Thank you team for the cake. We really enjoyed it. And for the rooms,it blew our minds with their stunning views of surrounding hills from our rooms balcony. Their food is great and they serve multiple cusine. Their spa service was quiet good and felt relaxed. Thank you once again for the great hospitality.
