作为天府机场的中转酒店，这家酒店还是挺不错的，整个房间比较整洁，毕竟价格也不贵，而且还帮我停了车，前台也是加个微信，积极和住店客人进行沟通，
提供帮助，下次中转还是会定这家酒店家庭房，希望一直保持这个服务哦～
这家凯悦非常新，地理位置绝佳，就在夜市旁边，周边吃饭、按摩都极其方便。难得的是隔音做得很好，半夜外面的喧闹完全不会影响休息。这次入住被升级到了海景房，视野开阔，酒店送的 60w 越南盾餐饮权益在泳池 Bar 使用，食物质量非常高。早餐的 Pho 和新鲜果汁也是一大亮点。
不足之处：
1. 接机体验糟糕： 酒店安排的接机收费 50w 越南盾，但派来的车非常破旧（体验不如 Grab），最离谱的是车内竟然贴着一张 25w 的官方价目表。作为凯悦，这种溢价与服务严重不符。
2. 卫生与设施： 第二天更换的毛巾上竟然有明显血渍，卫生管理存在隐患。此外，淋浴间的垂直花洒水压明显不足。
3. 环境异味： 入住第一天由于香水味掩盖没察觉，第二天开始房间里有明显的装修味道，空气质量有待改善。
4. 服务效率： 办理入住和退房的等待时间过长，前台效率需要加强。
先说好的，1、位置好，过马路就是绵延几公里的芽庄海滩，步行三分钟到芽庄夜市(很小)，周围餐馆也很多；2、30层的无边泳池景色很好，设计感很强；3、早餐不错，有不少越南本地美食。4、门口的接待员和前台服务都很好。
问题也不少，1、卫生间反味很严重，到了辣眼睛的程度；2、隔着我房间一个门的房间全天都在装修，噪音不说，关键是整个楼道都充斥着刺鼻的电焊和切割金属的味道，这种操作对于一个五星级酒店简直难以置信！3、被子一动就哗啦哗啦响，不舒服。
非常好，位置绝佳
酒店是新的，所以房间会有一些味道也是在意料之中。环境和地点自然是没得挑，但是装修细节上还是有点粗糙，提供的各类用品质量不太好，开夜床之类的服务是没有的，定了两个房间一个准备了欢迎水果和点心但另一个房间没有，有孩子入住但并没有多提供一份孩子的用品。总体来说还可以吧，但是并没有达到预期
特别感谢🙏入住期间夫人胃不舒服，外边也找不到可口的饭菜。和宾馆商量能否做碗，宾馆立即响应，免费做了碗可口的姜粥和姜茶，感受很好。离开宾馆后发现把外套遗忘在早餐厅。电话联系要求把外套送到vinperal的大陆接待大厅，宾馆也积极安排，派人专程送过来。给这种服务质量点个大赞！最后提个意见：越南的宾馆普遍有退房时查房的习惯，像中国的八十年代。但是查房时间太长，这个习惯或者规矩应该改进了。
酒店隔音非常差，走廊里说话声关门声听得一清二楚，而且酒店周围被马路环绕，汽车摩托车声音此起彼伏，尤其是靠近一个广场晚上歌舞升平，吵得无法入睡。酒店没有自己的沙滩，如果想去沙滩需要横穿过双向四车道而且没有红绿灯的一条马路，非常危险！
地理位置是好的，就在中心海边，唯一缺点是厕所的下水道反涌上来得味道太臭，上厕所都熏到想吐。这个档次的酒店，有点不应该。
