5. 我装车时，他们嘲笑我，侮辱我。

6. 万豪酒店声称*******需要退款。******* 责任重大。酒店经理拒绝退款。

7. 我们付了1000多美元，却没能住满整个房间，酒店还用“积分”来解决问题。

8. 我的孩子用她自己工作赚的钱支付了这家酒店房间的费用。她花了1000美元用粪便水洗澡。我有照片为证。

9. 这家酒店还一边提供食物，一边把污水倒进淋浴间。

史上最糟糕的酒店体验

首先，我的预订被搞砸了。这得赶紧解决。然后，酒店里挤满了棒球队的家人。孩子们整天整夜地在我的窗外打篮球。我的房间在一楼，离这15-20个孩子和10-20个家长只有5英尺远。我的猫都吓坏了。球打到我的窗户上了。孩子们不止一次地往我的窗户里看。然后，一个球打到了我房间旁边停车场的车上。图片显示了房间和周围区域的位置。更糟糕的是，凌晨2:30我去拿冰的时候，门关上了，而且不知怎么的，安全锁就锁上了，里面根本没人。不可能吧！？？不！就是发生了这样的事。那花了2个小时。现在我要退房了。所以不行！不开心，而且一晚几百美元的房费也太不值了！！！！

The room was clean and the hotel was very quiet, it appeared there were very few guests during my stay. The staff left something to be desired. When I arrived the front desk person was unfriendly. Later I called down to the front desk to ask about late checkout and no one answered the phone. I then went down and no staff person was anywhere to be found in the lobby. I waited about 19 minutes for someone to come to the front desk finally. They did accommodate my 2pm checkout request which I appreciated. However, when I returned from a work meeting at 1:15 my room key no longer worked and, again, no one was at the front desk to assist me. They did finally appear and rudely reactivate my room key. The parking lot was also extremely icy, specifically in front of the front entrance making it challenging to safely enter the hotel from the parking lot. My first stay here was significantly better experience wise. en

This hotel is so cool! The room, lobby, and bar are so well-decorated and cozy. The staff is also very nice and I can tell the place was thoroughly cleaned. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! :)

Easy to find, very clean and we loved the modern look and design of the entire room and building. The personal welcome on the TV screen was a nice touch. By far our favorite hotel so far!
