I loved the design/decoration, stayed for a concert and the venue is right next to the hotel (Vibrant Music Hall), the check-in/out was extremely fast. Would definitely repeat.

I liked the theme and family environment.
I didn’t like the fact that my room was never freshened up at all during my stay I don’t know why but I ran out of garbage can space my bed was not done once no fresh towels no hand soap or anything that would make me feel welcomed, I will not come back.

Pretty good.
This is a nice hotel. It seems new , so it is extremely clean. The staff were very pleasant and efficient. The design of the hotel rooms is a little different and small. There isn’t a designated shower room, the shower is directly across for the sink. There is a door on the toilet area with French doors. Not a lot of privacy. No big deal if I was just with my husband & I but our adult son shared the room with us

Awesome Hotel
We stay here regularly on the weekends, and the staff is always so nice and this is a very clean hotel. Our Kid's love this Hotels. We travel a lot and this is our Favorite in the Des Moines Area

7. 我们付了1000多美元，却没能住满整个房间，酒店还用“积分”来解决问题。
8. 我的孩子用她自己工作赚的钱支付了这家酒店房间的费用。她花了1000美元用粪便水洗澡。我有照片为证。
9. 这家酒店还一边提供食物，一边把污水倒进淋浴间。
史上最糟糕的酒店体验
首先，我的预订被搞砸了。这得赶紧解决。然后，酒店里挤满了棒球队的家人。孩子们整天整夜地在我的窗外打篮球。我的房间在一楼，离这15-20个孩子和10-20个家长只有5英尺远。我的猫都吓坏了。球打到我的窗户上了。孩子们不止一次地往我的窗户里看。然后，一个球打到了我房间旁边停车场的车上。图片显示了房间和周围区域的位置。更糟糕的是，凌晨2:30我去拿冰的时候，门关上了，而且不知怎么的，安全锁就锁上了，里面根本没人。不可能吧！？？不！就是发生了这样的事。那花了2个小时。现在我要退房了。所以不行！不开心，而且一晚几百美元的房费也太不值了！！！！
糟糕透了
房间布局糟糕透了。淋浴间毫无私密性。电视频道选择不便。卧室空间狭小。浴室门锁不上。每晚180美元，简直是坑人。50美元都太贵了。对雅乐轩非常失望，以后再也不住了。
遮光窗帘不起作用，因为 LED 灯整晚都在我窗户上闪烁，无法更换房间，因为酒店已被预订
