Hotel is ok just for 1 night but they need do more...for example, they dont have bar soap, no shampoo only bath gel, AC not cold and ac remote doesn't work, something like this need focus.

Our late check-in was welcome with hot beverages; we arrived around 9 pm. It was drizzling, and everyone helped with the luggage and settled down in the lobby while I was settling the check-in. They assist in bringing up all the luggage. We booked 2 of their double queen size room. The room is small, but to us, it's comfortable and complete. The next morning, we received a WhatsApp if we were keen to have our room clean while we went for our breakfast. The food spread is delicious. We even tried their room services and the dinner is excellent as well. Overall, their services from the time we arrive and left the place, everything is smooth and excellent. Beyond our expectation. Thank you guys and keep up the good work. Hope we cross path and stay here again.

I had dinner with my family the food was nice the staff very helpful and the service of Mr. Yoga from FBS was outstanding. Will be back in the future for sure. For Mr. Yoga please keep the flawless service. Overall we satistified with the food and warm service.
我们在 Azana 酒店住了四晚。员工非常友善热情，工作也很出色。早餐还不错，选择很多，如果您需要煎蛋卷或鸡蛋，直接告诉工作人员就行，因为我们发现这些是需要另外点的。缺点是，晚上我们在屋顶餐厅点晚餐时，很多我们想点的菜都没有了，不过我们实际点到的菜味道很棒。另外，晚上噪音很大，不确定是不是酒店的机器发出的声音，还有隔壁和楼上房间的客人在挪动椅子，发出刺耳的摩擦声。
不过总的来说，如果来图隆阿贡，我还是会推荐这家酒店。
酒店很干净，地理位置很好，员工也很友善。整体氛围非常棒，谢谢 Azana！

但是对于清洁服务来说，穿白衣服的女士们先生们，为什么扫得那么快，好像不打算打扫一样，尽管还有东西没扫……
然后眼镜没有洗/更换，护发素也很糟糕，尽管没有加满......
然后Netflix的电影，We TV等等……都是要付费的，不付费还有广告，那就得成为VIP用户才能看电影……是有限制的。 。
