The room & facilities are good. They gave us upgraded room. But, A/c was weak. Internet has not worked.
Felt the staff needs training to attack minor issues and fix them quickly.
The breakfast is good.

The stay at oriva vinflora residency, hyderabad was good. The rooms are nice, very spacious, well lit and well designed. The staff were courteous and the service was good. I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The restaurant where the breakfast was arranged, brings in the flavours of tollywood and was quite interesting.
