Room was clean. Hotel was safe and quiet. Breakfast options were decent. I did not have any complaints.

Very nice staff. Lobby clean. Room was very nice and clean and the King room we got was very large. Breakfast not very good all.

The beds were not comfortable. Also, they ran out of of breakfast items and did not replace them.

The only trash container was in the bathroom & it was very small. The blanket on the bed was too small and could only be used by one person, we played tug of war all night. The bathroom ceiling leaked above our toilet so every time you sat down you were dripped on. They ran out of gravy & potatoes at breakfast and there wasn't any milk for the cereal. The staff did seem friendly and let us extend our check out 30 minutes.

When I arrived, there’s no smoke alarm on so I requested to put it on and they did but no light on. Concern for safety for everyone in hotel. I have pictures of it. So disappointed!

Was told the ice mahine was on the first floor, then when I got to the first floor another employee told me it was on the 3rd floor.

We are not sure if a staff member or guest gave you that information but we try our best to let all guests know where the machines are located during check in as well as signs at the elevators, on the elevators and on each floor.
