We are not sure if a staff member or guest gave you that information but we try our best to let all guests know where the machines are located during check in as well as signs at the elevators, on the elevators and on each floor. Small pillows, blankets were thin and a bot rough, stained chairs and breakfast was not great.

Very nice room for what we paid. Staff was courteous. Breakfast bar was stocked well. Clean pool. Room was well maintained. Only real complaint was the very low water pressure in the shower.

There's a bunch of construction around the place so it's hard to access. A sign at the road would help. The breakfast was sub-par. We had to ask and wait for food to be filled. The bagels seemed stale as did the pastries. The toiletries in the room were empty or missing. The place was clean but seemed not well tended to.

Nice hotel, for the money
Our stay was very nice. You can tell it is an older hotel, but has been updated. It was very clean and the staff was very nice. The beds were comfortable. There is a nice restaurant right in front of it, very convenient. It had a pool, it looked nice, but we didn't have a chance to try it out. It was good for our weekend there.

I didn't like the fact that at 3:05pm the manager of the hotel called me asking me what time i would be there for check in and check in starts at 3. I didn't like that they asked for my ID and then out loud in a room full of strangers verified everything that was on my ID correctly. I didn't like that my room had clearly been smoked in and covered up with some sort of air freshener. I didn't like that my bed linens were so wrinkled that i couldn't tell if they were used or put on wrinkled. I was very disappointed in the whole stay in general.

The place is pretty good. Water in the swimming pool was cold for us. The switcher for the shower in our bathroom didn’t work.
