Booked via ******* and arrived to a scary property that had no record of our reservation. The front desk staff was not helpful, not friendly, not accommodating, and didn’t have any solutions. Don’t stay here.

Never stay at this location. It was horrible in every aspect. I swear the floor has not been mopped in months. I asked them to mop it but they never did. I requested a toilet paper holder and extra towels and never received either. Keep in mind I went to front desk 4 times trying to obtain these items.

Dirty had cockroaches, sheets had previous guest hair which means they weren’t washed. So disappointed that ******* has them listed

Holes in walls, incorrect door seals so there were roaches, drug dealers outside, water damage on walls and floors, lightly stained sheets, dusty, etc. Not what was pictured. The rooms look like 20 years after the pictures that are advertised.

I booked a flight + hotel package through *******. About a week after purchase, I was notified that the original hotel was cancelled and that I would be moved to another property at no additional cost by *******. Unfortunately, the replacement hotel (Baymont by Wyndham) was far below the standard I expected when I booked my trip.
The photos online looked somewhat similar to the actual room, but the overall quality did not match what was advertised. The hotel felt more like a stopover spot rather than a vacation stay. The surrounding area did not feel very safe or welcoming.
Breakfast was advertised, but it was extremely limited — only cereal, toast, and coffee. The waffle maker had no batter available, so it felt misleading to say breakfast was included.
The bathroom design was also impractical. The shower was placed so low that anyone over 6 feet tall would struggle to use it comfortably.
Overall, this substitution was not a fair equivalent to the hotel I originally booked. I strongly recommend that ******* ensures customers are moved to comparable properties in cases of overbooking.

The lady who greets guests is a terrible human being. She plays favorites and frankly should quit. Sam is the one person who sort of gets it. I guess I understand that their clientele is sort of rough generally but the staff brings any grief on themselves. But avoid the nasty lady (short, heavy, terrible attitude .. ) yeah she kinda ruined it for me.

A back up of raw sewage came into the whole building on my weeks stay 2 days have passed and no one has come to clean .

The staff is great. They were all so friendly and welcoming. I had an extended stay there and they made me feel at home. There was limited parking on the side of the building my room was on but not a deal breaker. Great value along with great customer service.
