Parking was very easily accessable. The staff was very friendly. However... the tub lealed out into the bathroom and iut into the floor. And there was roaches in the room. Idk how many i seen while sitting there watching t.v. The room itself seemed clean as far as the beds and appliances. And it was reasonably priced. But bugs.... no good.

The hotel's exterior needs some work, but the real issue is that the room smelled of ****, and when I turned on the heater, the room filled with smoke. The hotel did not have another room available and the employee working didn't offer any solutions.

This is an older property but new owners seem to be working on things. Towels are thin, beds lumpy. But for the price it works!

Don’t waste your money.
Cockroaches(dead and alive); dirty floors and walls. Water damage on ceiling. Parking area unkempt, shady people hanging around outside. Did not feel like a safe environment. Beds were ok but not very comfortable. Arrived too late to switch hotels otherwise we definitely would have.

We visited Red Roof Inn in Murray on August 1st. The property appeared deserted but for a few cars. We checked the lobby and were greeted by a very kind and helpful young man. Our complaint is not with him, he was wonderful. He gave us our room keys. We get to the room, which is out of date and does not match the pictures on *******. Despite it being roughly 90° outside, the air unit was shut off, leaving us waiting for the room to cool off once we turned it on. It never even blew cold air after about 20 minutes of being in the room. When we sat our things on the bed, little baby roaches scattered across it. We of course left and were able to get a full refund but this place was terrible. Like... Needs to be torn down terrible.
