说一句实话，这是我住过最差劲的酒店， 不值这个价格，中文也不好， 莫名其妙没有证据说我在房间抽烟，扣了10000泰铢，我没在房间抽烟，价目表不清楚，冰箱内矿泉水要钱，没有明显提示。（To be honest, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is not worth the price, and the Chinese is not good. Inexplicably, there was no evidence that I smoked in the room and 10,000 baht was deducted. I did not smoke in the room. The price list was unclear, and the mineral water in the refrigerator was charged without any obvious indication.）

房间不是很大，楼道有装修气味，房间还好！空调噪音有点大。
服务一般般，看似热情，但做事流程还需要加强，在下午5点办理完入住，到凌晨2点，行李没有送到房间，问了前台说没有行李，一再强调下，又去查了，一直没有回复，再坐电梯到前台，到说送错房间了，真的无语了！瞬间对华尔道夫的印象大打折扣！

期望值很高，看评论区好评才选的这所酒店，真心不推荐，强行开顾客房门，使劲推住，才没进入，也不知几个人，联想泰国安全方方面面，吓死了，语言不通，沟通困难，找manager反应问题，各种推脱辩解，从此对酒店印象一落千丈，感觉面孔后面有另一副不同面孔，后悔太草率选择这个酒店
酒店位置很一般只能说在市中心而已。离尚泰国际商场和BTS都很近。酒店服务还行，行李员，前台和餐厅服务员都比较有礼貌。。房间方面，没有特别出众的房间，房间灯光很暗，入门处是迷你吧，木质的整体风格，垃圾桶都是木质的，智能马桶。房间面积也很小，格局比较紧凑，浴室也很小，房间没有阳台，找梳子都找了半天，洗漱用品也很一般，身体乳很难用。迷你吧还要收费，早餐一般般，不值300多人民币一位的价格，一晚三千多很不值，同样的价格选择凯宾斯基还更有性价比，
来曼谷跨年了，就是人太多了，服务有点跟不上，服务员说可以看到跨年烟花，然后预约了spa，找客房要了梳子，半天没有提供，比平常贵一倍的价格没有享受到应有的服务，感觉有点对不起这个品牌的调性。
酒店地理位置很好，旁边就是皇家公园，离暹罗百丽宫和尚泰都很近，位于曼谷市中心最繁华的地段，附近治安也都很理想，不用担心任何安全问题。酒店顶层的泳池比想象中小一点，但看日落也很美，唯一的缺点就是酒店左侧新建的高楼有些遮挡公园的视线。房间设施很不错，迷你吧食品酒水一应俱全
