We recently stayed in a family room at this hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully laid out, giving everyone plenty of space to relax without feeling cramped. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The little touches really stood out — extra pillows and towels were already provided, there was plenty of storage for suitcases, and the tea and coffee facilities were well stocked. The bathroom was modern and well maintained, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water, which is always a bonus when travelling with family. The hotel pub staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, always happy to assist with any requests. The family-friendly atmosphere made us feel completely at ease, and it was clear they genuinely care about making guests comfortable. Overall, it was excellent value for money and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. A perfect choice for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a warm welcome!

Had a wonderful stay at this pub hotel and couldn’t recommend it enough. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Downstairs, the pub had a great atmosphere — warm, welcoming, and full of character. The food was excellent and the drinks selection was spot on. What really stood out was the staff: friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. It’s the perfect place whether you’re stopping over or just popping in for food and drinks. We’d happily stay here again.
