Came here for a big conference and not for accommodations. The facility space is great. Large meeting areas and spaces, friendly and helpful staff, delicious catering throughout the day. The location is conveniently close to the highway.

We had one issue that we approached theanager about as we checked out. It had nothing to do about the facility itself or room, which were great. There was another group that was staying at the hotel as we were and in the same zone, and it was very rowdy and loud for hours into the later night. We brought this issue to the management attention, it was dealt with and explained to us what steps they take, and in the end it was a professional and courteous exchange.
Things happen no matter where one stays, it comes down to how supportive and reactive the staff and management are, and in this scenario they were excellent.

符合一家三口入境加拿大就短暂落地睡一晚的预期，酒店硬件挺新的，服务态度也都很好。唯一减分一点点的是，为了能尽快倒时差休息，之前留言请布置好沙发床的，checkin的时候前台还特地确认说已经布置好了，但实际上完全没有，又等服务人员送了两次床品才自己铺完，等入睡已经挺晚的了。
这家酒店举办了我们汽车俱乐部的年度聚会。酒店环境非常好，维护得很好，也很干净。有很多停车位可以停放大型车辆。房间非常舒适，配备了所有您通常需要的设施。如果早上没有免费咖啡给客人，我通常会抱怨，但厨房里竟然有一壶满满的咖啡！房间温控器的温度没有显示屏显示的那样低，而且在最低温度档位下，温度也从来没有达到我们想要的睡眠温度。但这是我们遇到的唯一问题。

我下午5点到达酒店，尽管入住时间是下午3点，却被告知我的房间还没准备好。他们给我安排了另一间房间，位于一楼，面朝高速公路——位置不太好。我深夜回来想洗澡，结果只有温水。第二天早上也一样。房间本身很干净，甚至还有厨房，这点很不错，但遗憾的是，其他一些问题让整体体验令人失望。
非常糟糕的体验，因为他们在一楼的房间之间留出了巨大的空地，他们每周几乎有四天都用这空地举办舞蹈比赛和非常吵闹的活动，从下午 2 点到晚上 9 点，所以你根本没法在酒店的房间里工作、睡觉或休息。那是一个会议厅，而不是房间！！！当我投诉时，他们说酒店已经客满了，会尽量找不那么吵的房间！！我印象里酒店就是用来休息、工作、享受美好时光的，但这家酒店不是这样。此外，这里根本没有安全保障，因为活动现场非常拥挤，而且可以直接通往酒店房间。
排队等了两个小时才入住酒店。接电话的前台女士态度很差，一点也不热情。对于我们被收取的费用和受到的待遇，我们感到非常失望。
245号房间。毗邻伊丽莎白女王东海岸大道（QEW）。非常吵。真希望入住时有人告诉我。根本睡不着。需要像伊丽莎白女王东海岸大道沿线的其他酒店（比如Burloak酒店）一样，改善窗户的隔音效果。另外，早上6:20淋浴没有热水，只有温水。
无障碍客房距离办理入住手续的地方最远。由于还有一扇门锁着，所以无法点餐。
客房清洁服务根本不存在。
不会再来了。
可能不会再住这里了。还行。餐厅主服务员的服务很棒。前台服务一般。房间太小。换新毛巾和清理垃圾就像拔牙一样费劲。高速公路噪音很大。酒店后面有个可疑的人在闲逛。
