The stay at Portico, Saharanpur was really comfortable. I would like to specifically mention Shri Mandeep, Shri Sandeep and Shri Ramesh who were officiating in the Restaurant 'Flavours'. All these guys were simply outstanding in terms of the hospitality they offered, the way they went out of the way to make me and my husband comfortable. They were so polite, so humble, so nice human beings, that I am short of word. Thanks to you guys and thanks to the team Portico Saharanpur. Great going guys. 😃 👍🏻 With all the love. Excellent ambience and service. Great for family celebrations and wedding ceremonies. Lots of photo ops for casual travellers too. The staff is helpful and super polite. The property offers great me u options and is conveniently close to the markets and the city

Hotel m 94 rooms h but housekeeping staff only 2 person, koi senior person nhi h kisi bhi dipartment m , any problem direct gm pushpendra ko call karta h staff but koi solution nhi h , mera 2 din ka stay tha, room ki halat kharab thi bahut jyada , complaint kari to koi solution nhi huaa dubara fir kiya to gm pushpendra ji se baat kra di lekin problem ha solution nhi huaa 2 din tak .......very very bad hotel , mosquito bahut jyada but solution nhi , room condition 500 rupees hotel .......
房间脏乱，老鼠出没，床单污渍斑斑，热水隔天才来一次，工作人员连最基本的需求都无法满足。到处都弥漫着垃圾烧焦的气味。我希望永远不要再经历一次这样的住宿体验。
