Not experienced in running a hotel. Lacks in service. Only one water bottle provided in a day that also staff has to be reminded again and again to provide the water bottle. Everyday they serve cold Poha and Upma for breakfast. On request to the owner of the hotel they organised idli and vada sambhar which was outsourced from a restaurant outside. There is no enthusiasm in running this hotel. In our room there is a cobweb hanging above our bed. Rooms are cleaned after every 3 days.
