入住体验非常棒,直到最后。最后我和妻子醒来发现没有插座,手机也坏了。我试着打电话给前台,想修一下,却没想到房间电话也坏了。我冒着倾盆大雨走到前台,同样是因为电话坏了。我联系上了一位名叫艾米的前台代表,但她帮不上什么忙。她说她需要看看电话是否能用,然后就来到我的房间,费力地进去查看,然后冲我和妻子大喊大叫,因为我们想修一下,然后去找经理。艾米在整个过程中都很粗鲁,直到退房的时候。
早上9点半,开了9个小时的车才到。我问了前台工作人员是否可以提前入住。他告诉我房间还没准备好,还很好奇我是不是要去国王岛度假村。结果发现前一天水管爆了。这家伙知道两件事:一是水被污染了;二是国王岛度假村全天关门。但他从不透露这些信息。他们只应水务专员的要求在大厅里贴了一个告示牌,其他房间的门上、制冰机上和饮水机上都没有。千万别住这里。
设施管理不善。外部区域到处都是垃圾。淋浴/浴缸排水塞断了,掉在浴缸边上。沐浴露喷头碰了一下就从淋浴间的墙上掉了下来。当地水管爆裂导致发出沸腾警告,附近的国王多米尼恩公园关闭了两天。设施从未通知任何房客。这是从当地新闻中得知的。总而言之,体验非常糟糕。决定再试一次,但更加失望。再也不来了。
建筑物外观看起来非常破旧,人行道和楼梯上到处都是泥土。而且楼梯是木制的,看起来非常破旧。
有些房间里的椅子放在外面,非常俗气。
最糟糕的是晚上11:30左右,房间里的供水停止了。我打电话给前台,他们说正在维修。第二天早上我上床睡觉,醒来时水又流了,但流出的水里有很多空气。谢天谢地,我选择用一瓶水刷牙,但不幸的是,我洗了个澡。我离开酒店,走到街对面的一家便利店,想买些冰块放进我的冷藏箱,却看到他们门上贴着一张告示,上面写着水管破裂了,并贴着“煮沸警告”。酒店竟然没有警告客人不要饮用或使用那里的水,真是太令人恶心了。我计划联系卫生部门。
一个房间烟雾弥漫,另一个房间有蟑螂。
第一个房间有烟味,我妻子不得不换房间。我们很快换了一间新房间,结果那个房间里有蟑螂。之后我们打电话给**********,他们给了我们全额退款,并帮我们预订了其他酒店。
在KD待了一天,这次住得还不错。每次都住得很愉快。停车太糟糕了,我再说一遍……400号房间的走道/台阶前应该贴上黄色的X。汽车和施工车辆不应该停在那里。爬过枕木非常困难,走在湿草地上,房间地板也会很滑!我对这家酒店唯一的不满就是停车场。那里有很多停车位,人们没理由把车停在台阶前。酒店旁边的墨西哥餐厅为这个区域增添了亮点,食物非常美味,价格也合理。
这家汽车旅馆位置极佳,步行即可轻松抵达国王岛。价格合理,虽然附近餐厅不多,但距离不远(5-10分钟)也有一些。
房间本身很普通,相对干净。虽然标明是无烟房,但还是能闻到一些烟味。不过,那可能是从外面来的。
浴室很小,但还能用。浴缸的饰面有点剥落,马桶需要更好地固定在地板上。不过,总的来说,还能用。
床很舒服。空调很棒。电视虽然频道不多,但至少有Netflix。
总的来说,住宿体验一般,价格合理。
我特意预订这家酒店是为了使用冰箱,但当我打开灯时,两只小蟑螂爬过炉灶区域。冰箱里有几只死蟑螂。然后我女儿在地板上发现了一只很大的蟑螂。入住手续很顺利,酒店工作人员也很友好,但当我们要求退款以便换一家酒店时,情况就变了。
