Hotel location is very adequate, hotel staff is very helpful and well mannered, shini, ramesh, manoj and team has doing a wonderful in making our stay wonderful. Food is also very good but price

We took premium room with ganga river and they actually have a ganga view room without any disturbance and their hospitality is good. Shini and her team is fabulous in handling the guests.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review – Salvus Hotel, Ishan Rishikesh I recently had the pleasure of staying at Salvus Hotel, Ishan Rishikesh, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The property is beautifully maintained with clean, spacious, and very comfortable rooms that give a perfect blend of luxury and peace. The location is excellent – serene, scenic, and ideal for a relaxing stay in Rishikesh. The staff was extremely polite, cooperative, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the hospitality feel very warm and personal. The food was fresh and delicious, and the overall ambience of the hotel was calm and positive – perfect for both leisure travelers and guests looking for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rishikesh. Looking forward to sending many more guests here in the future. Thank you for the amazing stay and great service! ✨

强烈推荐，位于恒河前面，工作人员的关注，对一切都细心周到，食物美味，种类繁多，他们会满足您的需求，现场音乐，房间的美景，非常感谢！ ！
价格和空调酒店一样，却住着没有空调的酒店……性价比不高……瑞诗凯诗有很多价格更优惠、服务更好的酒店……我们至少提前 3 个月预订了这家酒店的 4 间客房，计划于 2024 年 5 月旅行 2 晚……尽管提前预订，但其中 1 间客房的空调坏了，我们和 2 个孩子在房间里度过了一个不眠之夜，因为天气太热。即使向员工强调了这个问题，经理也没有努力去修复它。而且员工也很清楚空调坏了，但他们仍然选择为有孩子的家庭分配这样的房间，而没有解决这个问题。此外，当我们理所当然地要求他们向我们收取非空调房的费用并退还超出的费用时……他们却把负担轻易地转嫁给了销售团队，而这根本不是问题。浴室的一些冲水装置坏了……风扇在半夜停止工作。长话短说，他们不懂客户服务的概念，也不知道如何经营酒店。这个地方根本不值得花这个价钱。他们在客户服务和房间维护方面还有很长的路要走。不要被图片欺骗……这家酒店根本就不怎么样。绝对可以避免。
质量与价格令人失望，因为房间很基本，清洁度很差，浴室里有难闻的气味，枕头上有真菌。工作人员服务很慢，我三次要吹风机，他们都没有送来。 他们不提供卫生纸、沐浴皂或毛巾...不好 唯一好的就是风景和餐厅的咖啡（不包括在内），但非常好。酒店位置优越，靠近 Laksh*** Jula，距离出租车船仅几步之遥，即可穿过前面的区域，但要小心嘟嘟车无法到达该地方，您必须步行相当长一段时间......
我们在酒店住了四晚，非常享受这次住宿体验。酒吧的奈娜小姐尤其热情周到。酒店位置优越，闹中取静。酒店绿意盎然，环境优美，卡布奇诺咖啡也做得非常棒，值得特别一提。
