Property staff were very rude and arrogant. The property restaurant was not hygiene. The rooms are very old and have not in renovated in a very long time. The room is not worth the money paid. Its not couple friendly. Over all experience was very very bad at the property. I dont hove imagine

I am appalled and disappointed by the atrocious state of this resort. The glaring lack of attention to detail and subpar amenities make it a destination to avoid at all costs. _unacceptable infrastructure_ - the road inside the resort remains unfinished, setting the tone for a disastrous stay. - the cottages, although visually appealing from the outside, are marred by interconnected rooms that facilitate the unwanted transfer of noise. _inexcusable lack of basic amenities_ - the absence of a table inside the room forces guests to eat on the bed or brave the mosquito-infested outdoors. - the outdoor table is filthy, with bird droppings and a bouncy surface that makes it impossible to place items securely. _unfinished and unusable furniture_ - drawers without handles are both impractical and frustrating. - unfinished furniture is an eyesore and a testament to the resort's lack of attention to detail. _convoluted and inconvenient lighting_ - there is no bed switch, forcing guests to get out of bed to switch lights on or off. - the dressing table is inconveniently located on one side of the bed, while the corresponding light switch is on the opposite side. - the bathroom light switch is illogically placed inside the bathroom on the opposite wall, ensuring a frustrating and inconvenient experience. _ancient and hazardous bathroom facilities_ - the bathroom's outdated ceramic floor tiles are slippery and hazardous. - the lack of wet and dry area separation ensures a perpetually flooded floor. - plumbing from another era results in water flowing into unwanted areas, creating a mess. _the only redeeming factors_ - the outside ambience is pleasant, offering a fleeting respite from the resort's numerous shortcomings. - the support staff is courteous and helpful, a rare bright spot in an otherwise dismal experience. In conclusion, this resort's multitude of failures makes it a destination to avoid. Until significant improvements are made, guests would be wise to look elsewhere for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The rooms were very spacious. Everything was clean and hygienic. The staff was welcoming. Even though we had a late check in and were continuously travelling, the rooms and the ambience of the place really helped feel relaxed.

The mattress was uneven - couldn't sleep the whole night. I travel-led over 8 hours for a function next morning, and when i checked in they told me 'no hot water' - had to shower in cold 17deg weather. In the morning, although hot water was supposed to be available at 3:30am, we didn't get in tap until 7am, that too after flushing over 3 buckets of water. Room service was not available for morning tea. Nobody at reception when i wanted to check out. Had to wait over 30min just to checkout. I normally don't write bad reviews for any business, as being owner a business myself, i know sometimes there are minor deficiencies. But i wonder what i paid for in this stay- just got a roof, four walls and safe night?

It's a very big and clean property within the city at a very reasonable price. This property has lot of options and variety of rooms. Had huge indoor play area, very big swimming pool and open lawn restaurant. The staff is very friendly and quick with service
