Clean, comfortable, good location and great view from my room. Service was outstanding. Overall a great place to stay!

The cleanliness and quality were subpar. It was somewhat rundown. The breakfast wasn't much to speak of either. The only reason for three stars instead of two was that the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had a little problem at check in as they weren't aware we were bringing a pet. The clerk was so helpful getting things switched around so we could be in a pet approved room. We were even upgraded to a suite! Customer service went above and beyond and we really appreciated it! Room was comfy and clean. We would for sure stay here again!

Disappointing
Disappointing. New, attractive-looking hotel. Reasonable price. But, room was noisy, bed uncomfortable and fitness center barely OK. Would not stay here again

We enjoyed this property very much. The staff was excellent. Our only issue was getting our room cleaned consistently. Maybe we missed a memo, but that was the only glitch. This hotel is still excellent.

We normally do what we call a 3 day clean which would be done on the 4th day. They don't count the day of check in. We are working with the staff to get on a regular schedule with this. It was 93* in the pool room, it was SOO hot in there, front desk told us a wire was burnt so the ac wouldn’t run in there

Great to have a new hotel option in Rhinelander. Other older properties are getting run down. Cobblestone we will visit again when in town.

我和成年的儿子周末因为一场葬礼去了莱茵兰德。当时还有一个体育大会正在举行，所以所有的酒店都相当贵，包括这家Cobblestone酒店。虽然一开始觉得价格有点高，但我们非常喜欢这家酒店。它很新，非常干净，床也很舒服。我们住的房间有两张大号床，还有一个带转角沙发的区域和另一台电视。我觉得任何带小孩的家庭都会喜欢这个房间，而且电视节目也为孩子们准备了！我们不太会用电视遥控器，所以我给前台打电话后，一位非常友好的年轻女士上来教我们如何使用。虽然她服务很好，但我觉得电视旁边放个使用说明会更方便，也能省去他们一些时间！早餐不错……虽然是速溶炒蛋，但还有很多其他选择。酒店旁边就有一家家庭餐厅，不过只提供早餐和午餐。我肯定会再来住的！
