We had a little problem at check in as they weren't aware we were bringing a pet. The clerk was so helpful getting things switched around so we could be in a pet approved room. We were even upgraded to a suite! Customer service went above and beyond and we really appreciated it! Room was comfy and clean. We would for sure stay here again!

Disappointing
Disappointing. New, attractive-looking hotel. Reasonable price. But, room was noisy, bed uncomfortable and fitness center barely OK. Would not stay here again

We enjoyed this property very much. The staff was excellent. Our only issue was getting our room cleaned consistently. Maybe we missed a memo, but that was the only glitch. This hotel is still excellent.

We normally do what we call a 3 day clean which would be done on the 4th day. They don't count the day of check in. We are working with the staff to get on a regular schedule with this. It was 93* in the pool room, it was SOO hot in there, front desk told us a wire was burnt so the ac wouldn’t run in there

Customer service needs some work, comfy stay
This hotel is new-ish having only been open since Nov 2024. The property is in excellent condition. Our stay was fine for what we needed but as long stay guests of 9 nights we hoped for at the very least new towels every other day. When we checked in we were asked about cleaning and indicated we would like a refresh every other day. We were refreshed with towels once in our room and our linens were never changed. We bagged up our own trash and put it in the bin outside the door to the parking lot. We brought our towels to the front desk for exchange. At over $150 a night we shouldn't have to do this. My spouse and myself both asked for housekeeping and eventually gave up. Our room was never vacuumed.
Breakfast was fine with eggs, waffles cereal and sometimes yogurt but once coffee ran out you had to ask for the pots to be filled. Once 9 am hits the staff has their breakfast so it's best to set an alarm and get breakfast when it opens at 7.

I also talk to my new housekeepers and my lead housekeeper about what a 3 day clean is. Again I am sorry. We are working on doing better with these schedules and what they mean. Our breakfast does go during the week from 530 am till 9am and weekends from 5am till 10am. We don't kick our guest out if they are in there eating. We try to tell our staff they have to wait till everyone is gone. I am sorry they didn't wait till you were finished. I understand completely. I appreciate you letting me know so we can correct the issues for a better experience for our guest. Sometimes its hard to keep up with the coffee and we are looking at another coffee maker to remedy that. I know it frustrates the guest when they can't get something right away. We will be using your feedback as a learning experience for our staff. Thank you
我和成年的儿子周末因为一场葬礼去了莱茵兰德。当时还有一个体育大会正在举行,所以所有的酒店都相当贵,包括这家Cobblestone酒店。虽然一开始觉得价格有点高,但我们非常喜欢这家酒店。它很新,非常干净,床也很舒服。我们住的房间有两张大号床,还有一个带转角沙发的区域和另一台电视。我觉得任何带小孩的家庭都会喜欢这个房间,而且电视节目也为孩子们准备了!我们不太会用电视遥控器,所以我给前台打电话后,一位非常友好的年轻女士上来教我们如何使用。虽然她服务很好,但我觉得电视旁边放个使用说明会更方便,也能省去他们一些时间!早餐不错……虽然是速溶炒蛋,但还有很多其他选择。酒店旁边就有一家家庭餐厅,不过只提供早餐和午餐。我肯定会再来住的!
