They have charged the early check-in charges and they are about to charge for the comforter as well as it has some coffee stain marks. They said you have to pay the amount for the comforter and you can take it home. I have travel-led to multiple destinations but pathetic this is. No respect for the customers. It's a totally corrupted hotel. Worst service and worst staff. Not recommended at all. Even the roof top of the 5th floor bar also has worst service and food.

For staying it was good hotel as no smoking smell & room was clean but shower was not working properly and they are offering limited breakfast. However i will give it good rating

Booked trubell hotel for 2 nights, service was good with immediate response. Breakfast was tasty and properly packed served in the room. Nice friendly experience with the managing staff and housekeeping team. Room was fine, need bit attention for cleanliness, also power outage was frequent should be addressed. Good market area with supermarket below hotel, hope to visit again!
