酒店回复: "Dear guest,We want to clarify a few points regarding your stay with us. Firstly, although we don't offer a regular pick-up and drop service, we did provide you with a complimentary pick-up from the clock tower, which should have made your arrival convenient.Secondly, as our hotel's description states, our location is in the city center, a heritage area with narrow roads and limited car accessibility.Lastly, we accommodated your early arrival by offering breakfast early in the morning, as your taxi arrived ahead of schedule. You would then go back to your room and come back to the restaurant 2 to 3 times to place your order one by one, initially requesting only bread and toast, and later asking for additional items. We provided every item you ordered, as per your requests. We have already given you our menu and told you which items we provide in the breakfast, and we have communicated that we provide timely 9:00 am to 11:00 am juice and fruit and other as part of the breakfast package.
A hotel with personal touch...the location is very good if you have gone for sightseeing, many attractions within half a km, nice market for shopping included. Food is great provided you give enough time to them. Amenities are excellent and so are the people.

Best accommodating resort, luxury hospitality, kind, friendly, welcoming staffs and owners can easily say one and only in whole India; most caring teams as i was solo traveler, there kind, lovely and familiar nature made me stay there longer. Full of cleanliness in every aspect including food service facilities. Full of beauty, peaceful Don’t miss to view the best and the best night view of Mehrangarh fort from the roof. That was super nearby and amazing view i ever saw. If you are arts, paintings and photography lover don’t miss to see inside every rooms. You would definitely be amazed. We had a pleasant stay for 1 night.Staffs were cooperating.Food was outstanding.Location is good as it is in main market though road to hotel is narrow.

Awesome place right in the middle of jodhpur city . Beautiful ambience and very polite staff. There are multiple options to sit like rooftop and indoor sitting area as well. There are rooms also available to stay. I enjoyed my dinner right in front of merhrangard fort.

It was pleasant experience to stay with shiv hari heritage. The hospitality was out of box.the shiv hari staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall best experience to stay at shiv Hari . Roof top view is amazing of mehrangard fort. Highly Recommended
华丽的酒店，房间宽敞、漂亮、干净、现代化，地理位置优越，屋顶露台也很美。但最值得称赞的是服务，我们感觉每个人都竭尽全力让我们住得愉快，而且态度非常礼貌和温和，真是太棒了！我们因为太喜欢这里了，所以一直延长住宿时间。强烈推荐！
交通很不方便，酒店在老城中间，道路狭窄，旁边都是当地民居，车子开不进去，要到钟楼换乘突突车才能进去，而且酒店只负责一程，另一程要自费。
酒店管理很业余。订了早餐，但是只有面包和当地的饼可选，没有水果和果汁。餐厅感觉也是客人来了才开，热的跟蒸笼一样。
感觉就是普通的民宿，不值得这个价格。
这家酒店很新，设施非常好。可能因为它还没那么出名，所以我们以很实惠的价格订到了房间，服务也很棒，感觉很干净！如果能一直保持这样的房间状况，将来一定会成为一家很棒的酒店！对了，位置也很好！
房间虽小但维护得很好，建筑结构也经过精心修复。工作人员很友好，但由于不懂英语，很容易造成误解，尤其是在晚餐和早餐时。地理位置优越，可以欣赏到美丽的堡垒景色，但要到达酒店，您必须步行或乘坐嘟嘟车避开地面上的许多障碍物。
