Front desk staff especially Mary & Garfield are wonderful! Personable, patient, welcoming, attentive ..both excellent at front desk position. Rooms very clean. Bathroom well stocked with towels, shower products etc. check in/check out & making online reservations very quick. Have stayed multiple times & never disappointed room reasonably priced. Will definitely stay again!!

We stayed here last year and don’t remember it being as rundown as It was this year. Staff was very limited and we felt bad for them having to do multiple roles throughout our four day stay. The beds and pillows were terrible! The breakfast was bare minimum. To pay $200 a night and have these types of accommodations is horrible. We will not be staying here again.

We were looking for a clean and comfortable stay, with breakfast, on a budget … and that’s exactly what we got! Breakfast was good, though limited options for people like us who eat gluten-free. Occasionally we had difficulty finding a staff member, as the one person at the desk was sometimes off needing to do something else … but that was really it. We would definitely stay again!

Clean and quiet, completely no-frills. Didn't know what to expect as it's part of the Hilton chain, now I know, it's basic, budget accommodation.

It was okay. I would think here would be more employees to take care of the front desk. The same person had to refill the milk. I stayed here because my daughter had selected this hotel. Should have microwaves in the room.

房间干净，洗澡水够热，量足够。附近可以去的地方挺多的，希望多住几天，比如一周那种。前台接待的女士很热情，推荐去的阿米什文化商业旅游小镇不错。附近的outlets 很大，有一家韩国餐馆不错。
我们到酒店时，他们竟然告诉我们没有房间了。明明我15天前就已经预订了两间房，而且也已经在网上付过款了。他们竟然让我们自己去找其他酒店。
当时我非常生气，人生地不熟的，大半夜的（晚上11点左右），我们一家六口人还得重新找酒店。
这家酒店很一般。
