The staff was prompt but act as if you don’t exist. If you come into the lobby NEVER a word was spoken to me. Super clean but a firm firm firm mattress. I ended up sleeping on the sofa in the room.

The room was clean. I was surprised the breakfast had no eggs, just yogurt and some milk for protein choices. Pretty good for a one night stay, would come again. Good value for the price. Staff went above expectations to get my daughter's water bottle back to her while we were checking out. Would recommend.

Bodybuilding Show weekend getaway
Trip was wonderful! We came down for my wife's bodybuilding show the Convention Center. The amenities were great, pool felt good, room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and the service was spot on.

Fantastic stay! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the location is perfect for exploring Fort Walton Beach and Destin. Great value with excellent amenities—highly recommend!

The only staff member that was knowledgeable helpful and friendly and would answer your questions were fabein. The other two staff was rude and not helpful at all they act like they didn't want to answer none of your questions!!
