Very beautiful property, away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious, and I absolutely loved the bathroom — very large and well-equipped with all modern facilities. The breakfast at The Three Peaks was delicious, with most of our orders freshly prepared and served at the table. The service by the team was excellent and very attentive. We also enjoyed playing badminton in the outdoor park and spending time around the swimming pool. The atmosphere is very relaxing and peaceful. Truly one of the best resorts in Katra — highly recommended!

This was a very disappointing stay and easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Location: The hotel is far from the city with almost no connectivity, making it extremely inconvenient for travelers. Cleanliness & Facilities: The swimming pool is frequently occupied by monkeys. Our room balcony had monkey excreta every single day, which clearly indicates poor maintenance and hygiene. Services: The laundry service was atrocious. Food service was equally frustrating—items mentioned on the menu were repeatedly unavailable. At one point, I had to purchase fruits from the local market so they could prepare a simple juice. Customer Experience: Surprisingly, they were unable to provide even a basic feedback form. Overall, given the option, I would choose a roadside hotel over this property. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

It was an excellent experience here. Staff is very sweet especially mr.Jeet. He treated us very nicely.The food was delicious.It was made by Chef Deepak.

The service in the hotel was very good. The food ***** with the staffs were all very good. Especially Rahul who was very helpful and friendly. One of the best experiences I have ever been to.

We would like to share our honest feedback about marriot katra which is really good in terms of services which includes cleanliness, food taste of TPK Restaurant also behavior of all staff specially Rahul & Ashok from TPK (Three Peaks Kitchen) was wonderful...we would recommend this hotel for families for Vaishno Mata Darshan stay...infact marriot team has provided us pick and drop failcility free of cost for katra helipad and banganga which we loved.

Overall good ambience. The hospitality was warm and welcoming. The experience was great. The food was also fine. The menu could have been a little more vast but overall everything was good enough.
