We would like to share our honest feedback about marriot katra which is really good in terms of services which includes cleanliness, food taste of TPK Restaurant also behavior of all staff specially Rahul & Ashok from TPK (Three Peaks Kitchen) was wonderful...we would recommend this hotel for families for Vaishno Mata Darshan stay...infact marriot team has provided us pick and drop failcility free of cost for katra helipad and banganga which we loved.

Overall good ambience. The hospitality was warm and welcoming. The experience was great. The food was also fine. The menu could have been a little more vast but overall everything was good enough.

Great location—easy access to nearby attractions and transport. The atmosphere was really great and the staff was also very friendly and sweet. The rooms were very good.

Staying at this hotel made the experience of visiting the shrine even more divine. Breathtaking views from the bedroom window of the cottage touched the soul in anticipation of the journey up the hill the following day. And we continued to receive divine blessings as the Goddess watched over us from her abode even after we returned after offering prayers. Delicious treats from arrival to departure by the talented Chefs and wonderful service by Deepak added to the memorable visit. Personalized attention by Ravi, the Hotel Manager was commendable. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Pros: Spacious rooms but cleanness is an issue. Good location Awesome swimming pool. Cons: Poor service Poor quality food, limited options in food. Repeated items in dinner. Not worth the price.
