绝对可怕。我们5年前就住过这里。并认为这可能是再次入住的好地方。不幸的是不是淋浴不干净。枕头、羽绒被、床垫套都有很多黄色污渍，广告上说是豪华马厩住宿，但事实并非如此。我们很不幸遇到了最吵闹的唐斯邻居，所以绝对没有隔音设施。不断地大声喊叫、唱歌、说话，直到凌晨 3.30 以后。所以我们没有睡觉。尽管没有人知道，但邻居并没有想到我们其他人会住在那里。这是一次糟糕的经历，我们住了两晚，我们没有得到退款，因为显然我们应该与业主取得联系。我们到的时候已经很晚了。我们很累，人们最不需要的就是得到新鲜的床上用品、清洁工等。有人告诉我，我们在没有收到退款后才做了差评。但事实并非如此。无论如何，差评的发生是为了警告其他人避免住在这个地方。 🙃

Could have been amazing ..lovely size room and en-suite. Lovely greeting and parking very good. En site cafe looked lovely and value for money. Unfortunately the room was woefully lacking,as very dusty. Glad we took slippers as would not have liked to walked barefoot on the dirty floor. Mold in the bathroom and damp evident throughout. The bed was hard and the pillows were very cheap and there was a lot of traffic noise so did not have a great nights sleep. Wouldn’t take much to make this a luxurious experience, by keeping on top of damp and cleaning and adding some luxurious touches. Unfortunately would not recommend and would not stay again.

The property is nice and staff are friendlly. Room was not clean though. There was dust everywhere around the skirting and the floor was filthy black when we wiped a tissue over it both in bathroom and room itself. The parking spaces are not practical when all mews are parked in. It is very difficult to get cars in and out. The parking spots should be redone and widened and have some parking in the common area

The property is in the middle of no where with very limited food option, the in house Cafe is closed on Monday. there was human hair on both beds, room 6 was very poorly equipped and lit, I specifically asked about Wifi availability and mobile signal strength as I would have to work from the room, both were awful and I had to work from the local McDonald's 15 min drive from the property. My booking was non refundable for a 3 day stay, We checked out two days earlier as I was unable to work. Extremely frustrating experience, Local staff were very friendly and did what they could had. Before arriving, calls to reception were going unanswered and a recorded message provided a mobile number to a Gentleman who was apparently was on holiday and rushed to end the call, I requested early access to the room or a lounge and he was kind enough to grant me my wish with the assurance of Internet availability that later turned out to be extremely slow and unworkable. All in all this booking turned out to be very unpleasant especially after a 5 hour drive from London overnight with a 10 year old child.

When I checked out the following morning I expressed my frustration to the pleasant young lady in the office and informed her that I will leave a detailed review of the experience that we had and although the booking was non refundable, I will be requesting a refund.

I later requested a refund which was swiftly declined with a poorly worded email from the owner which I will publish.

The bed is so comfortable and the linen and towels are such good quality. The pictures don’t do the rooms justice, the lay out is a little bit off putting at first seeing doors and minimal windows but I had one of the most cozy nights. There does need to be an outside area to sit as we ended up sitting outside of the closed cafe. Rooms are absolutely spotless! We enjoyed a beautiful breakfast at foxes cafe that is on site. Would recommend and fantastic value for the price.

Fantastic location and easy to find. Great service that allowed late check in via key lock.

Comfortable room with lots of electricity plug in points for charging phones, computers etc which is a pleasing change.

Lovely large shower with powerful rain hail.

Room was immaculately clean

Excellent all around, definatly recommend and will use again
