The place itself is beautiful, but the customer service was shockingly bad for a property that looks 5-star. I stayed one night in an Airstream and the second in a premium cabin. Since the cabin was fully booked for my first night, I called ahead and was told they might be able to connect my bookings and could at least hold my belongings. When I arrived, they said they actually couldn’t hold anything due to liability—completely contradicting what I was told—and promised to call me as soon as the cabin was ready. No one ever did.
After checking out on day one, I returned 15 minutes before 3 PM and walked around; at least six premium cabins already cleaned so I asked for early check-in and they allowed it, but claimed my cabin had “just been cleaned 5 minutes ago,” which was clearly untrue.
Inside, the cabin was in unacceptable condition: dead flies stuck on the wall, and chips and crumbs inside the futon. It obviously wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, yet I was told I couldn’t check in early. The staff throughout my stay were unfriendly, expressionless, and poorly trained. The inconsistencies and lack of hospitality ruined what should have been a pleasant stay in a beautiful environment.

We also show no record of contact prior to arrival or any requests to speak with management during your stay, and I wish we had been aware in real time so we could have assisted more effectively.Regarding the early check-in concerns, your cabin was released at 3:00 PM—which is earlier than our standard 4:00 PM check-in—and we apologize if the timing caused frustration. The cleanliness issues you mentioned are not reflective of our standards, and I have shared them with our housekeeping leadership for review and correction.

The airstream is clean and comfortable. We absolutely enjoy the experience. The only problem we had was that it was overcrowded, with just about 10 feet between each airstream. The beach on the property did not appear to be well kept. Overall, it was a good stay.

Nice set up for the whole camp area, clean, and luxury experience. They should have described clearly that the sofa bed is small twin size, and it cannot really sleep up to 4 adults.
Overall, it is a great experience and I will recommend to friends.

Great pet friendly property! We had a very relaxing few days. I would recommend bringing your own food to cook since there is very limited options in town.

Not great value for couple- better for families. We had cabin nor airstream and property info was geared to airstreams. No info on how to lower blinds (auto blinds) few hooks to hang clothes towels, no bathmat, air condition dirty and smelly, thoughtful touches absent. Beautiful property and great concept, however. Activities were geared to families. Friendly staff.
