We had an 18 night stay at this hotel. We were visiting lots of family ( just 2 of us Mr & Mrs ) Executive studio room. This is a lovely modern hotel with bright decor. The room was large, spacious with a good size bed, seating area and a small kitchen area. Bathroom was good with shower and essentials supplied daily. The housekeeping team were brilliant - the room was cleaned and serviced daily and very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a good selection with mainly desi Pakistani food freshly made eggs / omelettes juices pastries. The Cove Restaurant staff service was exceptional and we thank all of them for making our stay so good. There is a good service for evening meals but we didn't use that. All staff at the hotel from the reception/housekeeping/ restaurants were really friendly and so helpful. There is a gym which we didn't use and a gaming room and a screen room. There is a spa too which we didn't use. There is also a large supermarket opposite the hotel which supplies everything needed. The hotel was a bit further outside Faisalabad city centre for us but we LOVED this hotel A few negatives - Soundproofing needed on windows. There is a very busy road close by and traffic is loud. Also a lot of noise from the corridor from other guests A few issues with the lift which was sorted quickly. Access to the stairs should be available 24 hours and well signed.

酒店前台维护得很好，凉爽宜人。我们拿到房间后，行李员领我们来到一扇门前，令我们沮丧的是，这扇门通往尚未完工的购物中心外部，这样我们才能到达大楼另一侧的第二个电梯，因为前台区域的电梯坏了。
电梯把我们带到二楼，那里的装饰风格和前台区域保持一致。然而，酒店却关闭了那一层的空调，他们的借口是负责大楼的工程师正在过开斋节假期，只有他能开启走廊的空调。我们被带到房间时，房间很热，因为他们刚刚才打开我们预订的豪华大房间里的空调。但由于空调效果不佳，我们不得不更换了大约四次房间，直到午夜才解决问题。
尽管有工作人员在场，餐厅却关闭了。酒店的其他区域也无法进入，因为空调都关了。
早上，工作人员立刻道歉，因为没有自助餐或正常运作的厨房。所以早餐是从外面采购的，只有鸡蛋、印度飞饼和吐司可选。我们一行四人，等了十分钟后，只得到了一份冰冷的旧飞饼，切成了四小块，看起来像是剩饭。我投诉后，他们又给了我们一些重新加热过的、又硬又老的飞饼。
如果酒店没有完全正常运作，为什么要接待客人呢？如果一切正常，这本可以是一次很棒的住宿，因为酒店的装修还是很漂亮的。
