酒店在沱江下游，靠江边，相比中心地段，更安静，空气清新，风景也不错。设施虽然简单，但很干净，能满足基本需求，原木家居看着很舒心，是个不错的商务酒店。酒店服务很好，服务人员礼貌亲切，知道我们需要泡茶，单独送了大瓶装纯净水，还主动借给我茶海 （我忘带了）；老公晚上需要办公，而书桌没有单独灯光，酒店知道后主动买了简易台灯送来，非常贴心。如果以后有机会再来古城，还会入住。

首先酒店的服务真的很好，一下车就有服务员迎接帮忙拿行李，然后去古城的话有车接送，房间设施设备都很齐全，卫生也很好，推开窗就是沱江，景色也很美丽，从大厅可以穿出去，有步道可以散步，很适合老年人亲子和情侣，酒店还帮我们升级了房型，带着老人和孩子又帮我们申请送站，另外二楼古城讲解的服务也很到位，价格很超值，没有套路和踩坑，真心推荐这家酒店。
这是多次到凤凰古城之中，住得最舒适的一次，房间很干净，更难得的是酒店服务人员的态度和热情，实在太暖心！下车上车帮拿行理（我们是3个大行理），还帮我们约车出游，全程很有礼貌有耐心，家人都说只住一天实在不够，下次再来

凤凰古城游玩众多酒店里挑选的这家，还未入住便收到温馨提示与指引，入住发现果然没辜负所望，入门便觉得很温馨舒适，定了豪华间空间非常大，看带了孩子管家主动安排多提供了水，房间观景很赞，成了旅行的加分项，出门口便是景色，步行沿江欣赏风景很是方便
我们订的带江景的双床房 一下出租车就有人来欢迎我们并且办理入住 因为是3个人 所以还送了早餐。离店送了伴手礼物 还陪我们叫了车。入住离店都很丝滑。位置在下游，最适合安静的人了。晚上看着江边泡个澡太舒适啦
很满意的一次住宿，酒店非常漂亮硬件软件都在线。免费升级到豪华江景房，推窗就是无敌沱江美景。位置也超级好，离古城步行距离10到15分钟，完美避开了中心区域的喧嚣。前台小姐姐小哥哥热情周到，有求必应。酒店还有车随时能接送古城，非常方便。下次去凤凰，一定会再次入住。
超出预期的好！房间一开门就感觉到了清新的空气，开窗可见美丽的沱江和大风车.枕头配有高低两种，被子盖上去又轻又暖，有阳光的味道。配搭的牙刷，洗发水，沐浴露都很高级。服务方面不停有微信提醒，亲切又周到。这是一个绝对用五星级酒店标准来运营的民宿，每个细节都很完美，真心值得推荐！
这个酒店真的非常漂亮！在江边，有车接送去高铁站和去虹桥。但我们都是走去虹桥的，沿路江边的风景非常好看。早餐也很好吃，人员服务态度都很好。强烈推荐。
