去的时候从别府站走过来的很丝滑。
入住可以用自助机办理。
内部设施完备，有大浴场。但是需要自己带毛巾。
硬币洗衣房也有，就是用的人太多排不上号。

酒店位置好，对面就是TOKIWA，福冈巴士终点站就在酒店门口。外出去景点、购物、吃饭都很方便。客房干净卫生，我需要的安静房间，可以看到大海，房间小巧但很舒适。
卫生有点不达标，房间偏小。厕所有尿骚味，排风扇好像没效果，浴缸窄的没法正常洗澡，真的怨念。室内暖气太足了，关了空调还很热。被一只蚊子咬了一晚上。没像样的桌子，不太方便。烧水壶一烧就烫，西铁集团响当当的大牌没想到这么不讲究。以后不考虑再住。
性价比高，交通出行，购物与酒店设施及周围环境等，所有都特别满意，下次来别府，还住这家酒店。希望华语圈游客多光顾这家酒店。
酒店旁边就是别府塔，别府站也很近，晚上看还是很好看的，两个超市都很近，买吃的方便，去几个温泉也很好，过了很久才写评论忘记好像有温泉，

出差到别府时住的这家酒店。因为想找带温泉的，所以选了这里。房间和公共浴池都很干净，温泉泡着也很舒服，住得非常愉快。房间的卫生间有点异味是美中不足的地方，除此之外，我觉得整体上性价比还是不错的。
酒店的位置在别墅，非常的好，然后服务也不错，有宣传小册子推荐的，附近的店也很好吃，然后去泡温泉，还可以提供免费的毛巾，唯一的不足就是感觉被子有点短，我身高1米83
位置简直完美，就在Tokiwa商场旁边。对于第一次来日本的旅行者来说，这里交通便利，无论是搭乘公交车还是去福冈国际机场的特快巴士都很方便，步行即可到达别府站。下次还会考虑住这里。
房间内和走廊内烟味非常的重.熏的我一晚上都没睡好.没住过烟味这么重的酒店.开了净化器都是一股浓浓的烟味.空间也非常的小.卫生间设备非常老.也不知道是怎么卖这么高的价格的.我也是服了.在日本住过最差的酒店没有之一
就在别府塔旁边，离海边很近，窗外能看到海，早上可以看到日出，卫生有点欠缺，卫生间毛巾架上的墙上发霉了，有点膈应，搞得我温泉都不敢去泡了，希望卫生方面能提升一下。
